Your primary responsibilities will include early identification, notification, and escalation of concerning tracings, while advocating for evidence-based practices and guiding fellow nurses in their professional growth.

● Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas or eligible due to Compact state agreements. ● Proficiency in interpreting fetal tracings and identifying physiological abnormalities.
