The annual base salary range for this position in California is $80,000 to $90,000 per year. The Event Manager, Special Events plans, coordinates, and executes events at the Honda Center, a premier entertainment and sports venue, and other related properties, including ARTIC, The Grove of Anaheim, and OCVIBE venues under development. This position works closely with internal and external resources to ensure seamless development and execution of all event-related details. Responsibilities include oversight and delivery of all phases of an event: establishing a relationship with the client, event logistics, managing to budget, and ensuring successful execution and follow-up. Requires intensive attention to detail while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Duties include management of event contract details, including space requirements, technical requirements, food and beverage requirements, etc. The Event Manager is the main point of contact for Special Event client representatives and venue staff to advance and coordinate logistics for assigned events concerning budgets, entertainment, transportation, facilities, technology, equipment, operational requirements, department staffing levels, and all other event-related elements. Responsibilities
- Serve as venue liaison between contractors, organizers, and management regarding all facets of events
- Responsible for coordination and advancement efforts for assigned events, including front-of-house and back-of-house logistics
- Communicate all necessary venue information to Special Event client representative for advancement purposes and ensure all information related to events has been advanced to the appropriate venue departments and subcontractors for seamless execution
- Review event rental agreement language to determine how to proceed with coordination efforts for assigned events
- Ensure event rental agreements are signed, initial payments and insurance coverage received before event load in for assigned events

- Plan and monitor budgets, adjusting when necessary and ensuring adherence to budget
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to maintain compliance related to the use of space and timing of access
- Manage development and distribution of necessary event-related information, orders, production notes, summaries, and fact sheets to all internal and external contacts, as well as third-party contractors and vendors
- Prepare event-specific information sheets for distribution to include all event-related information 30 days before assigned events
- Ensure event information and set-ups are accurate for all assigned events
- Depending on the rental agreement language, prepare total reimbursable venue labor and rental equipment costs for assigned events on time
- Analyze and complete a thorough wrap-up of all elements of each event, including submission of event debrief/after-action report to document areas of success and needed improvement
- Develop extensive knowledge of the arena, arena locations, and other venue locations, including ARTIC and OCVIBE properties to be developed, equipment, building labor costs, arena promoter costs, departmental event staffing breakdowns, and all necessary contacts related to events
- Develop working knowledge of food and beverage preparation, sequence of service, and basic high-end food and wine to assist with the provision of exceptional client and guest experience
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and communication with tenants, client representatives, internal departments, and subcontractors
- Assist special event sales team with client upsell opportunities and event enhancements by leveraging relationships with outside vendors and specialists
- Coordinate required documentation, including animal permits, pyrotechnic permits, sign language interpreters, subcontractor staffing schedules, and other applications with appropriate entities for assigned events
- Act as Event Manager on Duty and/or overall building manager for assigned events
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of building emergency procedures
- Participate in AED/CPR training, emergency response teams, and other groups as required
- Assist with advance on-site event meetings, tours, and related needs
- Assist with hiring, training, and continuing education on event procedures for event- related staff
- Assist with the development and implementation of operating procedures that meet venue and industry best practices and ensure proper protocols are adhered to
- Ensure all work performed complies with Honda Center and associated property regulations, policies, and procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and organize attorney inboxes as directed, participate in regular check-ins, create task lists, track deliverables, and set reminders for attorneys.

- Track receipts and assist with expense tracking related to CLEs, travel, and client events.

Because this position is a sales role, the total first year compensation can vary between $55,000-$80,000 based on performance. The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$55,000 (excluding bonus earnings) which represents the low and high end of NCH Corporation's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to: experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is only one component of NCH Corporation's total rewards package for associates. Please note that this range does not include commissions which for some associates is a substantial part of their overall compensation and there is no maximum for commissions.

Position Summary
The Sales & Broker Support Coordinator will support the Sales Department with sales material, event set up and outreach coordination. In this role, the Coordinator will be responsible for supporting department activities that promote organization growth, branding, and sales outreach.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Support the department through the development and implantation of sales and broker support branding campaigns and projects.
- Work cross functionally with various teams to identify and collect the resources required for each assigned project.
- Establish professional relationships with outside production vendors and agencies to assist in the coordination of sales activities.
- Participate in website, broker portal, online enrollment portal review and updates as needed.
- Point of contact for all pre and post contracts; follow and communicate plans.
- Assist in the pre-event activities including guest lists, activities, sales, and marketing collateral.
- Support the Sales Operations Team on the needs of our independent broker partners, agencies, and field marking organizations by developing educational materials on consumer product offerings in the market allowing them to help sell more, earn more, and stay independent with support of their on-going growth and success.
- Assist with the Sales Operations team in positioning insurance agents and agencies for quick growth with creating presentations, materials, and other resource tools.
- Through community marketing and outreach efforts to doctors and specialists, the Coordinator will have a direct impact on sales and enrollment growth and retention.

Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Detailed understanding of technology including website optimization, desktop computer and telephone systems.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Local travel may be required for event planning, even pre-meetings, and event attendance.
- Must be able to present themselves professionally.
- Fluent in Korean or Cantonese/Mandarin (verbal and written).

Pediatric Interventional Radiologist – CHOC Children’s Hospital
Location: Orange County, California
Due to continued growth in clinical volume, expansion of our multidisciplinary programs, and a deep institutional commitment to faculty well-being and sustainability, the Section of Pediatric Interventional Radiology at CHOC Children’s Hospital is recruiting a full-time Pediatric Interventional Radiologist.
About the Practice
Our team performs over 3,000 image-guided pediatric interventions annually, with year-over-year growth exceeding 20%. We are the only dedicated pediatric IR program in Orange County and serve as a critical hub for patients across the region.
CHOC is unique in that Interventional Radiology is an independent department—purpose-built and equipped with dedicated capital investment, not repurposed from other service lines. The department was developed specifically for pediatric IR and opened in 2025 with entirely new infrastructure and technology. This institutional design reflects CHOC’s deep commitment to the long-term success and autonomy of the IR service line, enabling strategic growth, programmatic development, and physician well-being.
The practice is now anchored by a new, purpose-designed IR department, located within the perioperative space, immediately adjacent to pre-op and post-op care areas. Pediatric anesthesiology is always available, ensuring seamless coordination and safety for both routine and complex cases.
Our facilities include:
- Biplane and single-plane Philips Azurion suites with fully equipped, dedicated ultrasound units in each room.
- Embedded reading rooms and back-office support for integrated longitudinal care.
- Dedicated clinic space and staff provided in a new state-of-the-art on campus outpatient tower, ensuring a seamless patient and family experience from consult to intervention and follow-up.
We are supported by a multidisciplinary team that includes:
- IR-dedicated APPs
- Pediatric-trained anesthesiologists
- A collaborative network of referring providers across CHOC's Centers of Excellence (e.g., Cancer, Neurosciences, and Heart Institutes)
Procedural Scope
We perform the full spectrum of pediatric interventional procedures, including:
- Vascular access
- Enteral and biliary interventions
- Vascular malformation therapies
- Embolization and angiography
- DVT/PE thrombolysis
- Craniofacial endovascular procedures
- Image-guided musculoskeletal interventions
CHOC also supports a strong multidisciplinary Vascular Anomalies Center, where IR plays a foundational role in collaboration with hematology, plastics, dermatology, ENT, and genetics.

Minimum Requirements
- MD or DO degree (or equivalent)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Interventional Radiology
- Completion of a Pediatric Interventional Radiology fellowship preferred, but negotiable
- Eligible for California medical licensure
- Demonstrated interest in teaching, innovation, and/or multidisciplinary care
