What will you do?

• Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment, and make correct change  
• Mix drinks following recipes and using company-standardized proportions

• Must be at least 18 years of age

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Suite Attendants to join our team at Miami Freedom Park in Miami, Florida. As a Suite Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests' needs.

What will you do?

• Prepare suite and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
• Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred

More about you

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required
• Previous experience as suite runner preferred

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds 
• Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
• Exposure to variable temperatures 
• May be required to work in narrow spaces
