This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store’s business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping.
They will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services.

General purpose: The Utility Equipment Operator I, II and III operate a variety of vehicles, heavy and light equipment, specialized equipment and various hand and power tools in the construction, maintenance, and repair of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems and utility work site restoration for the assigned division. This work is performed under intermediate supervision the incumbent performs a variety of routine work within established procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments; work is reviewed periodically through observation, adherence to policies and procedures, and review of results achieved.
Water Distribution: Installation, replacement, repair and maintenance of potable water mains/services, valves, hydrants, and other appurtenances.
Wastewater Collection: Installation, replacement, repair and maintenance of sanitary sewer mains/laterals, manholes, valves, and other appurtenances; operation of CCTV vehicles and equipment; operation of vacuum trucks and equipment.
Construction Services: Construction for the installation or modification of water, wastewater and reclaimed water infrastructure including excavations, horizontal directional drilling, pipe bursting, utility locating/tracking equipment.
Utility Patch Crew: Restore roads, sidewalks, curbs, excavations, etc. for Water and Wastewater Department and Electric Department utility site work.
Essential functions: Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment that may include, but not limited to, backhoes, excavators, front-end loaders, horizontal directional drill rigs, tapping/line stop equipment, skid steers, asphalt paver/screed, CCTV truck/equipment and vacuum trucks/equipment. Operate a variety of equipment and power and hand tools that may include, but not limited to, forklifts, chain saws, cement cutters, jackhammers, plate compactors, tampers, dewatering pumps/well points, etc. Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure or utility work site restoration. Transport personnel, equipment, and materials to and from job sites; hauls refuse, brush, rock, materials, and equipment. Operate various pieces of equipment on a daily basis in a proficient manner while complying with safety rules and regulations. Inspect and maintain assigned equipment; check oil and perform basic service tasks; report malfunctions for repair; prepare equipment and refuel daily as required; perform safety inspections of assigned equipment. Oversee and implement temporary traffic control. Duties may require manual labor in support of the construction, repair, installation, maintenance, etc. Perform supervisory duties in the absence of the division supervisor or foreman. Assist in construction support for other divisions and departments as needed. May be required to work nights, weekends, or take on-call duty on rotating basis for after hour's emergencies and services. Perform other work as assigned.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities: Working knowledge of departmental and municipal rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Working knowledge of occupational hazards, safety rules, and practices and the ability to transmit such knowledge to subordinates. Working knowledge of operation and routine maintenance of light weight equipment. Working knowledge of methods and materials utilized in the installation and maintenance of water distribution, wastewater collection, reclaimed water systems, and/or utility work site restoration; skilled in the use of heavy and light equipment and hand and power tools. Skill in the operation and maintenance of all the conventional and specialized equipment used within the division including ability to safely load and unload equipment on/off trailers. Ability to understand and read water and wastewater utility GIS/atlases and construction plans. Ability to perform a variety of semi-skilled manual tasks. Ability to detect required repairs and make minor adjustments to equipment. Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, light and heavy equipment, various hand and power tools. Ability to remain on call, 24 hours a day, seven days a week for after-hours repairs, emergencies, and other related concerns. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, city officials, and the general public. Ability to communicate information tactfully and impartially, both in person and in writing with all staff, city officials, and the general public. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the City of Winter Park Core Competencies. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and keep accurate records. Utility Equipment Operator II: High School Diploma or equivalent and supplemented by a minimum of one year qualifying experience and skilled on a minimum of 3 types of heavy equipment. Possess and maintain a valid State of Florida CDL Class A. Air brake restrictions (L and Z) and non-fifth wheel restriction (O) are not accepted. Tank vehicle endorsement (N) required. Ability to obtain and maintain FDOT Temporary Traffic Control Intermediate Certification within 1 year of hire. Ability to obtain and maintain the following based on Department Division within 1.5 years of hire: Water Distribution: Water Distribution Operator Level 3 license per Chapter 62-602 F.A.C. Wastewater Collection: Florida Water & Pollution Control Operators Association Wastewater Collection C Level Certification. Construction Services: Either a Water Distribution Operator license per Chapter 62-602 F.A.C. or Florida Water & Pollution Control Operators Association Wastewater Collection C Level Certification. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience, which provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities and other competencies required for the position may be considered. All required certifications must be current at the time of application and maintained in an active state as a condition of continued employment.
Other requirements: Physical: This is heavy work requiring the exertion of 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force repetitively to move objects; work requires climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and grasping. The Opportunity:
The Insurance Eligibility/Verification Specialist I supports clinical operations by managing insurance verification, eligibility, and essential administrative tasks. This role is a key point of contact for patient financial navigation and requires a strict commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).
Responsibilities:
Verify the insurance eligibility for patients and analyze policy coverage in order to maintain patient accounts in EHR system.
Determine deductibles, co-payments, and co-insurance for students and patients in participating insurance plans.
Verify that the insurance on file for patient appointments is active.
Update accounts with inactive insurance and contact patients for additional information.
Receive and verify patient insurance via multiple sources (in-person, phone, email, Qualtrics, kiosk, International Insurance Pool) and determine network status.
Collect the payment from patients for student health fees, co-pays, and prior balances. Perform applicable system searches when necessary to determine student status.
Assist with the appointments/referrals for departments and serve as the liaison between participating insurance plans and patients. Answer telephone calls. Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate office in Student Health Services.
Confirm patient's medical insurance coverage to arrange for other services as needed within the assigned specialty Pod (e.g. laboratory, primary care, OB/GYN) with participating plans.
Perform other duties as assigned including but not limited to the timely completion of all required university and college training.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).

Knights Experience Team (kNEXT):

The Opportunity:
The Travel & Procurement Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for all procurement-related and travel-related activities. Responsibilities:

Day to Day
The Referral Coordinator supports clinical teams, patients, and family members by managing internal and external referrals and insurance authorizations within the outpatient ambulatory setting. This role is responsible for accurately processing referrals and authorizations prescribed by providers in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), ensuring timely coordination of care, accurate documentation, and compliance with payer guidelines. The Referral Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating patient access to services while upholding Orlando Health’s commitment to exemplary customer service.
Essential Functions
- Completes accurate entry of referrals and authorizations into the Electronic Health Record (EHR)- EPIC
- Processes referrals and related documentation received through the OnBase fax queue by reviewing faxed orders, transcribing required information, and entering data into Epic.
- Works with dual systems (OnBase and Epic) to ensure referral information is accurately transferred from source documents.
- Creates new patient profiles in Epic when necessary, using transferred information from referral documentation (not from memory).
- Files referral-related documents into the appropriate patient chart in accordance with established procedures.
- Completes patient registration and obtains insurance authorizations for new patients, diagnostic testing, and hospital-based diagnostics.
- Verifies insurance coverage using electronic verification tools, payer web portals, and telephone communication when online verification is unavailable.
- Contacts insurance companies to follow up on authorizations, confirm coverage, and resolve authorization-related issues.
- Communicates with patients as needed to verify insurance information, obtain required details, or complete the referral process.
- Coordinates follow-up care when referrals or authorizations are nearing expiration.
- Ensures financial and insurance information is current, accurate, and active in the EHR.
- Confirms Primary Care Provider (PCP) information is accurate and compliant with payer-specific guidelines.
- Initiates and tracks referral and authorization status to ensure timely completion of services.
- Coordinates with scheduling departments, clinical teams, and other internal departments to facilitate patient visits.
- Provides patients with referral details for physicians, specialists, and facilities as appropriate.

As a Project Manager on the AssistRx PMO team, you will serve as the primary owner of client implementations across our specialty pharmacy and hub solutions. This role is both strategic and hands-on—blending strong project execution with a consultative mindset.
