Pay Range
$64,100 - $141,500 annual total cash target pay

Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above. Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed. When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation. Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits. Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of "direct" and "indirect" patient care activities. Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs. The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed. You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. As a Greeter at MVW, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together.
Shift: 1st/2nd
- Full-time position.

- Food Trucks, Associate of the Month, Associate Appreciation Week, Birthday and Holiday Celebrations Guest Satisfaction Survey awards if department specific goals are met (up to $100 a month) As a Greeter, a typical day will include: Offers a sincere welcome and “sense of arrival” to each guest/Owner.
Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
Tag, store, and retrieve luggage from luggage storage, providing guests with proper claim tickets for their luggage.
Directs traffic and controls the flow of parking.
Retrieves luggage carts to ensure proper location and supply for arriving guests/Owners.
May be asked to assist with package retrieval/ delivery and verifying ID.
Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a Greeter at MVW: Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 10lbs without assistance.
Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
