The Field Auto Damage Appraiser is responsible for preparing physical damage estimates on vehicles where a claim has been submitted for first- or third-party damages. This role requires delivering a high level of customer service while effectively managing claim severity and expenses.
This position supports the Independent Agent business of Plymouth Rock and services a Northern and/or parts of Central New Jersey territory. The appraiser works independently in the field inspecting damaged vehicles, preparing estimates, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and applicable state regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates for partial and total losses within assigned authority levels.
- Negotiate settlements with repair facilities, insureds, and claimants.
- Issue claim drafts to appropriate parties.
- Document claim activity and maintain accurate claim files.
- Complete re-inspections and supplemental estimates in accordance with company guidelines.
- Adhere to production standards and estimating procedures.
- Maintain strong customer service, expense control, and professional public relations.
- Complete investigative reports as required.
- Participate in team meetings and departmental initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with privacy standards and the NJ Fair Claims Practices Act.
- Assist with catastrophe claim handling when requested, which may include overnight travel or extended assignments, or assisting in neighboring territories.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of auto claims appraisal or estimating experience required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license with favorable driving record required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Organized and able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Body shop experience a plus but not required.
- ICAR training a plus.
- Experience with Mitchell estimating software preferred.

SALARY RANGE
The pay range for this position is $64,000 to $86,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Reporting to the Category Director, you will project manage by collaborating with Perfumers and our creative centers. You will interpret marketing knowledge and use your technical expertise to assist customers in developing olfactory strategies to affect our role within the industry.
This role is onsite in our Ridgedale Offices located in East Hanover NJ. We offer 1 day from home and flexible working schedules.
- Fragrance Development - Develop olfactory strategy for clients, market, category, and guide Perfumery teams. Manage/execute multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines. Define fragrances to be tested and coordinate with Consumer Marketing Insights (CMI) team. Translate consumer insights results into olfactory guidelines for perfumers. Work with lab on testing product stability. Understand the Best Practices to influence efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration and Influence - Partner with other regional creative centers to complete project assignments. Conduct customer presentations/interactions. Participate in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development. Develop new fragrances with Perfumers. Manage fast and efficient selection of fragrances for activation projects from oil or blind.
- Industry Curiosity Marketing - Anticipate market tastes; work with marketing colleagues on proactive concept generation. Write olfactory summaries of a region/market and customer for knowledge-building and sharing. Demonstrate track records of new wins. Build and curate the best-in-class fragrance collection, responding to gap analysis, market needs, market trends and incorporating our technologies.

As the Regional Account Manager for a major account in North America (NOAM), you will manage a crucial part of our business and lead the NOAM commercial team. You will be onsite, based in East Hanover, NJ. As a part of a Global Team, you will report to the World Account Manager who is based in Argenteuil, France. It is a leadership role, and you will join the North America Management Committee.
- Commercial Leadership: Implement the global account strategy and develop a solid strategy for North America. Build, communicate, review, and monitor strategic plans, sales, profit forecasts, and budget. Grow Givaudan business worldwide, with regional responsibility, by managing top and bottom lines. Ensure we are positioned as the supplier of choice to participate in the customer's core list and targeted briefs. Manage the activity and the performance of the regional supply chain in close collaboration with operations. Further build and use fruitful connections with Fine Fragrance and Active Beauty Teams.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with hands-on chip making knowledge who understands machining processes at a technical level and can confidently consult with manufacturing engineers, machinists, production managers, and procurement teams.
Position Overview:
The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for growing revenue within an assigned territory by promoting high-performance cutting tools, carbide inserts, indexable tooling, solid carbide end mills, drills, reamers, and metal removal solutions. The successful candidate will combine industrial sales expertise with a deep understanding of CNC machining, feeds and speeds optimization, tool geometry, carbide grades, coatings, and metal cutting applications.
This is a consultative, solution-based sales role focused on supporting both industrial distributors and end-user manufacturing facilities, including job shops, production machining environments, and OEM manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive territory sales growth of cutting tools and metal cutting solutions through both distribution partners and direct end users
- Provide technical application support on CNC milling, turning, drilling, and chip making operations
- Advise customers on proper feeds and speeds, tooling geometry selection, carbide grades, coatings, tool life optimization, and cycle time reduction
- Conduct onsite visits to evaluate machining processes and recommend productivity improvements
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and machinists to improve surface finish, tool performance, and cost per part
- Develop strong relationships with industrial distributors while expanding penetration within end-user accounts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, tooling standardization, and metal removal efficiency
- Support new product introductions and promote advanced tooling technologies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cutting tool sales, industrial tooling sales, or metalworking sales
- Strong technical understanding of chip making processes, CNC machining, feeds and speeds calculations, tool geometry, and carbide grades
- Experience calling on industrial distribution networks and end-user manufacturing accounts
- Knowledge of metal removal applications including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, and boring
- Ability to communicate effectively with machinists, programmers, production supervisors, and engineering teams
- Demonstrated success in territory management, account development, and consultative technical sales

The Superintendent oversees daily building operations on the Summer Hill campus, ensuring the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all physical plant systems. This role includes managing maintenance and environmental services (EVS) teams, coordinating repairs, and executing capital projects. The Superintendent ensures regulatory compliance with NFPA, OSHA, NJHFMA , DCA and Fair Housing standards, and leads strategic planning for long-term infrastructure improvements. Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is essential. Strong communication skills are required.
Competencies:
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, chase leaks – medium to strong plumbing skills required.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, including fixtures, light fixtures, and outlets.
- Make minor carpentry repairs (fix doors, windows, etc.).
- Performs interior and exterior painting tasks with attention to surface preparation, finish quality, and safety standards.
- Oversees and participates in apartment turnover tasks—including cleaning, painting, repairs, and inspections—ensuring completion within a 3-day timeframe by coordinating with occupancy staff and vendors such as carpet installers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC equipment.
- Responsible for the emergency power system.
- Coordinates the repair of equipment or recommends the replacement of, additions to, equipment or physical plant as necessary.
- Makes repairs on systems across all trade disciplines (i.e., tearing down boilers, pumps).
- Operates and maintains physical plant equipment (i.e., boilers, etc.).
- Performs Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks as assigned.

- Conducts rounds to detect safety and mechanical issues/concerns (i.e., walking or driving).
- Conducts electrical and refrigeration system checks.

- Assists in preparation for and participates in various regulatory and accreditation surveys.
- Plans and lays out projects as requested.

Qualifications:
- Five (5) years or more experience in a building maintenance role as a Maintenance Technician.

- Hands-on ability to maintain building mechanical systems and fire systems.
- Highly motivated service-oriented self-starter.
- Strong communication skills are required.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide psychosocial and support services to cancer patients and their care givers.
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of patient, caregiver, and/or family biopsychosocial spiritual needs and ongoing assessment of coping.
Assess and foster patient, caregiver, and/or family coping, resiliency, and adaptability skills.
Assess patient, caregiver, and/or family members understanding of treatment options, diagnosis, side effects, outcomes etc.
Promote and facilitate communication between patients, caregiver(s), and/or family – including talking to their children about cancer.
Utilize patient self-assessed distress screening tool to identify barriers of care, emotional concerns, and levels of distress. Review and follow-up with patients/families.
Assess patient risk for abuse/neglect and refer for appropriate services.
Assess, refer, and/or provide treatment for depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders.
Collaborate with oncology team; assess and refer for substance use disorder.
Demonstrates knowledge of oncology specific and community resources. Make referrals as appropriate (transportation, financial assistance, housing, etc.).
Provide psychotherapeutic counseling for individuals, couples, families, and caregiver(s) to resolve relationship issues, coping difficulties, and other psychosocial stressors.

Required:
1. MSW from an accredited school of social work.
2. NJ LSW or LCSW required.
