Job Summary
The P.L is the “voice of the customer” in our OI facilities. The P.L. is responsible for the customer experience from the point of sale to on-site delivery. To achieve OI’s goal to enhance “ease of doing business,” a role to represent the customer’s voice in our facilities has been developed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction on ALL sales orders. Once an opportunity becomes a sales order, the P.L. drives all activities from the point of sale to on-site delivery including coordinating with engineering, approval of submittals, scheduling with production and on-site delivery with the customer and transportation.
The P.L. acts as the main point of contact for customers and vendors on assigned sales orders and is directly responsible for monitoring the project costs and compliance with contract documents, attending job meetings and balancing the customer and OI interests throughout the entire process.

Job Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is being the “voice of the customer” in OI facilities.
- Responsible for managing multiple sales orders concurrently.
- Upon sales order assignment by the C.O.M, share responsibility with the O.S.R and Est. to hold a Turnover/Kick Off meeting at the point of sale to ensure all needed information and paperwork are complete; that the scope of work is clear; review the estimate and confirm values for all items; and begins the process of scheduling the project with production to align with “Customer Ship Date” in AX.
- From point of sales order assignment, the P.L. becomes the point of contact for the customer. They must ensure the customer is kept up-to-date from production schedule to on-site delivery.
- Provide direction and oversight to all aspects of the project team: engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement and accounting.
- Prepare any applicable change order proposals in a timely manner, whether owner/ client/ engineer request or by generation from OI.
- Monitors the progress and status from the point of sales as it moves through the process, and acts to problem solve proactively, offers technical advice, and assists other staff to expedite assigned projects, removes obstacles which may cause a project to fall behind schedule.
- Ensures a mentality of continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- If needed, coordinate site visits and work with the customer to ensure that all issues that arise from the point of sale to completion of the project are resolved promptly, including but not limited to change orders, adjustments to schedule and collect information as appropriate to each assigned project. Identify and requisition special purchase items as required.
- Managing the required submittals/approvals with customer as required.
- Communicate with the Transportation department on the initial delivery needs of the customer and follow up when required.
- Working with other project managers and the plant manager to manage the long-term schedule to minimize conflicts with operational restrictions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. *Civil Engineering preferred.
- 3+ years Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage several large to small, complex projects simultaneously.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience within the construction or precast concrete industry.

SUMMARY
The Sales Support Associate (SSA) is a critical inside-sales and operations support role responsible for managing key dealer interactions, government and cooperative contract programs, and sales reporting. The primary focus of this role is to support inbound dealer activity, contract administration, data management, and reporting accuracy - ensuring a high level of responsiveness and compliance across key accounts.
In addition, the SSA provides supplemental administrative, sales, and process support to the Regional Business Manager (RBM) team, enabling RBMs to focus on coaching, training, and strategic, high-impact dealer engagement. For success must possess expert level Excel and Power BI skills.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer & Inside Sales Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and inquiries from key account dealers.
- Provide proactive, remote coverage for designated Key Account dealers, including monthly outbound touchpoints.
- Respond to dealer questions regarding pricing, availability, configurations, and contract eligibility.
- Act as a consistent inside-sales resource to reduce transactional workload on field sales teams.
Government & Cooperative Contract Management
- Manage relationships and ongoing requirements for Sourcewell and other governmental or cooperative purchasing contracts.

- Consolidate and maintain reporting used to track dealer performance, contract activity, and sales initiatives.
- Provide standard and on request reporting to internal LGNA stakeholders and dealer networks as needed.
Sales Operations Support
- Verify completion and accuracy of required sales documentation, including purchase orders, demo agreements, consignment agreements, and SPAR requests.
- Track and manage the status of demo and consignment agreements.
- Maintain accurate and current dealer records in the sales portal and related systems.
Field Sales Enablement
- Generate quotes and support pricing and availability requests for RBMs while they are traveling as necessary.
- Serve as an internal call-center resource for RBMs regarding machines and work tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Katy branch parts team) to source parts availability and technical information.
- Consolidate machine configurations, work tool specifications (e.g., bucket widths, pin diameters), and availability data from across the organization.
- Maintain current work tool availability and pricing documentation.
Forecasting, Planning & Programs
- Consolidate the RBM team’s 12-month rolling forecast for leadership review.
- Run standard monthly dealer reports for RBMs to share with their dealers.
- Track sales initiatives, program progress, and performance outcomes.
- Manage Sourcewell, Core, and Canoe program submissions and reporting.
- Track NPI launch timelines and coordinate communication between RBMs, Product Management, and leadership.
Process Improvement
- Identify manual, duplicative, or inefficient reporting and administrative processes.
- Consolidate information sources and support development of simplified reporting tools or platforms.

Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
Minimum of one year of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist or two years of experience as a Radiological Technologist with CT education or experience, preferred.
Ability to lift and/or maneuver patients in conjunction with others in order to perform job functions.
Principal Accountabilities
Performs CT scans on patients: Prepares patients for CT scan, explains procedure, administers contrast when necessary, positions patients for the CT scan, selects appropriate imaging techniques, and ensures technical quality of the scan.
Enters and monitors patient data.
Performs quality assurance on CT equipment. May assist with initial and renewal application for ACR and other accreditation.
May assist with initial and renewal application for ACR and other accreditation.
Identifies and reports any accidents, complaints or equipment malfunction to department management.
Takes emergency call within the department. May be required to work weekends and float to other locations as needed.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
