While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. MV Transportation is seeking a Road Supervisor. The Road Supervisor will monitor street operations according to client, operations, and safety department requirements.
Job Responsibilities:- Conduct site checks and road observations according to client and local policy. Document findings accordingly and provide necessary reports to project staff.
- Conduct wheelchair securement and vehicle cleanliness checks on in service vehicles.
- Monitor street operations for on-time performance and schedule and route adherence.
- Provide customer information for site personnel and at key locations.
- Respond to accidents and incidents assisting to manage the situation as well as collecting all required information, assist dispatch and operations staff in resuming service levels according to contract specifications and minimizing passenger disruptions.

Position Summary

- Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
PUSHING
- To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24\" - 30\" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
- Trays may also be pulled.
CLIMBING
- Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
STOOPING/BENDING
- Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
- Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
- Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
- Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
CROUCHING/SQUATTING
- Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
REACHING
- Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.

- Manages legal team's calendar including scheduling meetings, court appearances, depositions, trial conferences, mediation & case reviews.
- Calculate, calendar, and track approaching deadlines.
- Drafts legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; files motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures.
- Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to attorneys.
- Prepares, organizes, stores, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
- Develop and maintain records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases.
- Assist attorneys with tracking time entries on case matters.
- Follow up with clients regarding billing issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.
- Real estate litigation experience is preferred but not required.

SUMMARY
Directs and coordinates activities of production departments in processing materials or manufacturing products by performing the following duties personally or though subordinate supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures as directed by the Plant Manager or other company management regarding safety, operating methods, and behavior.
- Ensures that all supervised employees are operating within established company and governmental regulations.
- Review results by analyzing available information, compare them to company objectives and takes steps to Improve results.
- Trains new and existing employees on proper operation and safety procedures.
- Prepares work schedules as directed by Production Manager, and expedites workflow in conjunction with Production Manager, reviews amount of work to be done, estimates man-hours needed to complete work and ensures work is complete within the allotted time.
- Ensures proper plant cleanliness is maintained at all times.
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products.
- Reviews production orders schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
- Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications.
- Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
- Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Production Manager for action.
- Compiles, stores and retrieves production data.
- Follows up on all customer request and questions to ensure appropriate response is made and customer is satisfied.
- Treats all customers (both internal and external) with respect, courtesy and kindness.

The Engineering Supervisor works cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, NC Programming, Quality, and Operations to improve processes, integrate new programs, and ensure consistent, compliant production. This leader plays a critical role in mentoring engineers, supporting new product introductions, and resolving manufacturing challenges that impact quality, delivery, and profitability.

Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a key manufacturing engineering representative for new statements of work, new product integration, and process transitions.
- Ensure adherence to internal engineering and manufacturing standards; develop and implement new standards where needed.
- Collaborate with NC Programming, Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering on tooling and fixture design.
- Lead and support first-article and first-piece reviews alongside Quality, Engineering, Operations, and NC Programming.
- Mentor, train, and support the development of Manufacturing Engineers and Planners.
- Interface with customers as needed to resolve engineering or producibility issues.
- Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues related to scrap, rework, or low profitability.
- Support estimating and quoting efforts by reviewing designs for manufacturability and risk.
- Provide shop-floor engineering support during first-article builds and process validation.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate technical activities while monitoring performance against budgets, schedules, and organizational goals.
- Play a strong leadership role in New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
