Manager – Art Direction, Brand Studio
As Manager - Art Direction, Brand Studio, you own the day-to-day design leadership and creative execution that brings Castelion’s brand to life across campaigns, systems, and key touchpoints. You’ll translate brand strategy set by senior leadership into practical, repeatable, high-quality design solutions that work across digital, print, recruiting, events, and built environments.
This is a hands-on role that blends making and leading. You will design, art direct, and build the infrastructure, including templates, libraries, playbooks, and workflows that enable high-quality, on-brand work at scale. You will collaborate closely with Marketing & Communications, Business Development and Capture, HR, and Engineering to turn complex technical and mission stories into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Responsibilities
Brand systems and visual identity
- Evolve and maintain Castelion’s visual identity system (logo usage, color, typography, imagery, layout, motion guidelines) so it works across internal and external channels.
- Translate brand and visual principles into clear standards, toolkits, and documentation that non-designers can actually use.
- Build and maintain centralized component and asset libraries in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with naming conventions, versioning, and usage guidance.
Campaigns, launches, and flagship stories
- Lead art direction for integrated campaigns, product and capability launches, customer and investor narratives, recruiting initiatives, conferences, and major announcements.
- Drive cohesive creative across channels, including web and digital assets, social visuals, print collateral, video storyboards, event graphics and activations so everything feels unmistakably Castelion.
- Turn complex, often technical subject matter into intuitive visual hierarchies, diagrams, and stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Brand asset ecosystem and tools
- Design and maintain modular templates and reusable assets for presentations, one-pagers, briefs, case studies, recruiting collateral, event kits, and internal communications.
- Architect a navigable, well-organized asset library that speeds up delivery for Marketing, BD, and Recruiting.
- Continuously refine tools and templates based on adoption, feedback, and emerging needs.
Cross-functional creative partnership
- Partner with Marketing & Communications on brand campaigns, brand strategy, content, social, and executive communications.
- Partner with Business Development and Capture on pursuit storytelling, proposal design, customer demos, and conference presence.
- Partner with HR on candidate-facing materials, recruiting campaigns, onboarding experiences, and employer brand assets.
- Partner with Facilities and Engineering to ensure physical spaces, hardware displays, and signage reflect Castelion’s visual standards.
- Facilitate working sessions that help teams articulate objectives and translate them into creative briefs, concepts, and visual narratives.
Team leadership and studio operations
- Provide day-to-day direction, feedback, and mentorship for graphic artist to help grow their craft, speed, and judgment.
- Establish clear intake, scoping, prioritization, and review workflows so the Brand Studio stays focused on the highest-impact work while still handling urgent needs.
- Set and uphold quality standards for all visual output, ensuring work is on-brief, on-time, on-brand, and appropriate for our customers and mission.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, brand systems, art direction, or closely related roles, with a portfolio that shows strong visual storytelling, systems thinking, and multi-format execution.
- Demonstrated experience owning or evolving a visual identity system and building reusable design infrastructure (templates, libraries, guidelines) that others rely on.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with excellent layout, typography, and information design skills.
- Experience collaborating directly with cross-functional partners such as marketing, communications, business development, engineering, and HR/People.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable explaining design rationale, giving and receiving feedback, and influencing decisions with non-design stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in defense, aerospace, autonomy, robotics, or other deep-tech sectors.
- Experience supporting capture/proposal efforts, or government/DoW customers from a creative and visual storytelling perspective.
- Experience with large-format or environmental graphics, signage, and event or experiential branding and activations.
- Familiarity with mid-century modern design and Space Age futurism, and interest in applying these influences to a contemporary defense brand.
- Comfort with basic video editing, motion design, or storyboarding for short-form explainers or sizzle content.
- Active or eligible for a U.S. security clearance.

What You’ll Do

KEY PURPOSE:
The Global Product Manager - Hardgoods is responsible for building and maintaining Speedo’s global range within designated categories. This includes maintaining and growing current business, briefing and building new lines based on market opportunities and brand positioning, fostering key relationships internally and in the marketplace.
Additionally, this role will enhance brand values and deliver key performance metrics, style efficiency targets, and sales margin objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver seasonal line plans aligned with overall brand and business strategy, highlighting global development opportunities, proposed costs, unique sales opportunities, and ensuring brand consistency across categories.
- Manage assigned product categories from concept to commercialization, including line plan updates, style setup, range briefs for new products and packaging, and development of competitive pricing structures that meet corporate goals.
- Collaborate with planners to ensure SKU counts, margins, and budget parameters are achieved.
- Analyze global sales histories, patterns, and industry trends; assess market size, structure, and dynamics to inform range development decisions.
- Coordinate key activities to ensure process and execute on time against agreed timelines with design and operations.
- Partner with Regional Merchandising teams and Commercial Leads to ensure product viability throughout the process, procure and maintain global forecasts, plan revenue growth against targets, and preline with sales in markets.
- Work closely with Asia Product Development to identify innovative solutions and technically advanced product ideas; prepare business cases where appropriate and maintain awareness of manufacturing environments and cost structures.
- Understand production lead times and collaborate with Asia teams to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to the two-season development calendar.
- Partner with Marketing to communicate product features and packaging requirements internally and externally; execute seasonal packaging, collateral, and workbooks.
- Ensure product marketing is clear, compelling, and effective across print and web. Provide a seasonal launch package for all global sales teams.
- Ensure all design and packaging briefs are delivered on time to support timely product launches.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams and Regional Merchandising to provide quality input into the range brief and product development. Ensure teams are well-trained and fully briefed on product details.
- Engage with consumers and retailers to identify innovative solutions to market needs; maintain strong market understanding.
- Conduct market research, including analysis of consumer trends and on-site visits to observe consumer end use environments (pool and/or beach).
- Maintain in-depth competitive analysis of all categories in all channels of distribution and maintain a competitive sample/item library.
- Support in-field product testing to improve product development and benefit the sell-in process.
- Present product ranges, offers and ideas externally at retail, internally at sales conferences domestic and international.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver sell-in and sell-through assets; manage briefs, follow-ups, and track progress against deadlines for catalogs, tech sheets, and other deliverables.
- Drive product-marketing projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with calendar deadlines and timely handoffs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in product merchandising or product management.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Major Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Project Management: Lead and project manage all aspects of new school and district implementations, from technical setup to user training, ensuring a timely and successful launch.
- Training & Professional Development: Design and deliver high-quality, engaging training and professional development sessions for teachers, coaches, and school administrators (both virtual and on-site).
- Adoption & Usage Analysis: Proactively monitor product usage data to identify trends, celebrate successes, and address adoption risks. Develop and execute data-driven intervention plans for at-risk users or schools.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, collaborative relationships with mid-level district and school-based contacts, including Curriculum Directors, Principals, Instructional Coaches, and teacher leaders.
- Best Practice Consultation: Serve as a pedagogical expert on the Amira platform, consulting with schools on best practices for integrating Amira into their existing curriculum and instructional routines.
- Product Expertise & Feedback: Distill the reasons why the product is working well and why it is failing to deliver value. Convey this information back to R&D in an actionable form.
- Risk Mitigation: Mine for and mitigate customer concerns or issues in a creative, proactive, and relentless way.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, professional development, or a former K-12 educator role (e.g., Instructional Coach, Principal, etc.)
- Experience implementing software solutions, preferably in the Education SaaS industry.
- Experience delivering professional development or training to adults.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights.

Position Overview:
Jeans Innovation Center is seeking an Pattern Room Assistant. We are looking for an individual who will support our pattern makers with day to day duties, as well as creating 1st patterns and aid in assistance with our production team. This individual will need to have some experience with using Gerber systems, Adobe Illustrator, and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Create pattern card with all necessary information including final spec measurements and hand off to sample maker team.
- Along with delivering pattern card to sample maker, provide advice and or input on the right techniques to construct the garment.
- Receive completed sample from sample maker team and measure for accuracy.
- Organization patterns, and should adhere to ongoing timelines as needed
- Maintain a library of good basic patterns as a reference
- Review with team fit technician notes for any pattern adjustments needed to produce final spec measurements and development/production pattern to be handed off.
- Create development patterns and make changes and edits on the Gerber system. Will make production patterns as needed
- Translate the design sketch and or sample into a first pattern using Gerber software on PC.
- Work with design/pre production team on fit specifics
- Attend development/production fittings of samples with design and pre production team.
- Work with sample room on sewing construction based off patterns.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 1 years’ of Pattern Making experience
- Must have a minimum 1 years of denim pattern making experience (import and domestic fabric)
- Knowledge of Gerber systems
- Candidate must have experience with PC systems such as Outlook email, MS Word, and basic MS Excel
- Associates Degree from college or university preferred
- Must be willing to test for 2 hour during interview

This position is an extension of the Sales Team and has responsibility for supporting an assigned Customer account base as we add to our talent in Customer Service. The CSR will assist sales by maintaining accounts while developing strong Customer relationships to support and promote current and future business opportunities.
Position Responsibilities, include but are not limited to the following:
- Be the primary point of contact for the Customer and the Outside Sales Rep for order placement and coordination with the facility production group on a daily basis by various means of communication
- Develop strong, internal working relationships with production team, design and shipping to support and promote efficient, timely, and accurate response to Customer expectations
- Process orders and new items received from Customers and Sales Reps using various applications.
- Enter information into estimating system or request product quotes, as applicable, to provide job costing to management for analysis and pricing.
- Track orders, initiate changes and expediting orders per the Customer or Sales Rep requests and communicating appropriately.
- Initiate outside manufacturing orders, as appropriate, communicating all necessary details and handling follow-up as required.
- Address Customer complaints and questions seeking aid from sales and management as necessary.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of work including product pricing for invoicing
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a corrugated paper manufacturing environment is required.
- Superb customer service, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer and administrative skills; preferably experience using SAP and Amtech.
- Knowledge of corrugated manufacturing process is preferred.
- Some college and/or Sales or Customer Service coursework and/or equivalent experience,
- 4-year degree is preferred.
