What you'll get to do...

Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering critical AI platform capabilities while mentoring engineers to deliver quality software efficiently.
Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering leaders) to define and execute the GoCaaS roadmap and strategic initiatives.
Drive platform excellence by ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal developer experience for internal AI consumers.
Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure software development across the organization.
Collaborate with enterprise teams (security, data, infrastructure) to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions while fostering a culture of experimentation and technical excellence.

Your experience should include...

6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles.
Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services.
Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise.
Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience.
Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery.
