This role involves an M-F 8a-5p EST schedule, primarily focusing on ED-driven imaging, including portable CXR and extremity trauma films, CT Head and spine, CTA Chest and Head/Neck for stroke pathways, vascular and abdominal ultrasound, limited MRI, and occasional basic IR procedures.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform ED-driven imaging, including heavy portable CXR and extremity trauma films.
- Conduct frequent CT Head and CT spine (C/T/L) for trauma and neurologic evaluation.
- Interpret regular CTA Chest (PE) and CTA Head/Neck for stroke pathways.
- Execute steady vascular and abdominal ultrasound (DVT, carotid, RUQ/gallbladder, renal, pelvic).
- Handle limited MRI neuro/spine and occasional basic IR procedures.
- Interpret CR, CT, US, MR, NM, Fluoro, IR, and Mammo studies.
- Primary focus (approximately 85%) on X-ray and CT imaging for Trauma, Stroke, and PE cases.
- Mid-volume workload (approximately 10%) in ultrasound, including DVT, vascular, and OB studies.
- Perform procedural/IR tasks (less than 2%) such as PICC/CVAD placement, Thoracentesis, and Liver/Lung/Bone Biopsies.

The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff at ARIUM at Oviedo Park. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Technician will conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations (such as Lead Based Paint, ADA, Fair Housing, HAZCOM Program, OSHA, etc.).
- Must be knowledgeable of all pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations.
- Must be aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct any unsafe condition.
- Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager. Inspect and maintain all tools in excellent condition.
- Must be aware of all utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs, and sewer clean-outs.
- Perform work area clean-up and safety related duties.
- Ensure that storage areas remain locked when not in use.
- Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed, involving the following on a daily basis:
- Electrical and plumbing
- A/C and heating systems

- Remove and transfer heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment (or vice versa) as circumstances warrant. Assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc. to dumpster when necessary.
- Any other requests made by the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, Service Director, Regional Manager, or other company official as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 2+ years' experience in maintenance property management
- EPA Universal Certification Required
- CPO Certification Preferred
- Ability to earn future designations as required by Industry standards, EPA regulations, OSHA requirements, etc.
- Must possess solid knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. information as required by daily operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be team oriented and a problem solver.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Climate First Bank.
- Accept and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments.
- Ensure proper customer identification and Bank Secrecy (BSA) procedures are being followed.
- Actively listen to customer needs and promptly respond to customer requests.
- Proactively seek and identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell all bank products and services through a consultative sales approach.
- Maintain and accurately balance teller cash drawer.
- Assist with vault duties.
- Keep exceptions for new accounts and audits to a minimum.
- Assist with branch opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of of security policies and procedures; participate in testing security equipment; understand and follow procedures in case of robbery or other emergency; abide by dual controls procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous bank teller experience preferred; cash handling experience required.
- Adopt and apply a true servant mindset and genuine desire to consistently exceed customer expectations.
- Ability and drive to proactively seek out and execute on sales opportunities through consultative sales and prioritizing customer needs.
- Organized self-starter with outstanding attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment with fast changing and sometimes conflicting priorities. Outstanding multitasking and time management skills are required.
- Education (formal or applied) in financial products and services as well as banking regulations and laws is a plus.
- Demonstrate interest in contributing to and working by Climate First Bank's Core Values.
- Possess the initiative to obtain education related to sustainability practices.
Physical Demands:
- Sustained standing and sitting;
- Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
- Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
