As a Systems Engineer II - Modeling Simulation & Analysis Engineer, you will participate in challenging multi-disciplinary work across integrated product teams consisting of Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing and missile-and-sensor-level Performance Simulations. What You will Do

• You will create high fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of modeling solutions, and subsequently conduct trade studies and evaluation of system and subsystem performance
• You will work in a team environment, receiving input from the team supervisors and providing guidance and/or direction to other team members
• You will collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other performance personnel to perform simulation activities according to the program schedule

Qualifications You Must Have

Candidates will collaborate with multi-disciplined design teams across multiple projects to bring design concepts to fruition, providing rapid engineering, fabrication, and prototyping solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities of a Lead Technician:

• Test and inspect complex prototype electrical assemblies and verify compliance to workmanship standards.
• Rely on moderate to extensive experience to interpret drawings, schematics, 3D models, written notes, and specifications.
• Adapt methods and procedures to test, inspect, and troubleshoot new hardware.

• Prior experience working with Python/Perl, Raytheon UltraStack Hardware / Cyrpto algorithms / ARM architecture is highly preferred.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing, or fielding real-time security-oriented solutions on Department of Defense (DoD) programs (embedded experience highly preferred)
• Experience using security-relevant tools and devices for security auditing, network security, host/server security, communication security, or policy management.
• Experience in Agile and DevSecOps environments
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks and development environments

The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) organization includes all of the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test of all Raytheon products. As a Principal Test Systems Engineer, you are accountable to coordinate across all engineering teams to define, design, and document Test Environment capabilities and requirements. You must be a systems thinker, able to see the "big picture", and have the in-depth knowledge of development, production, User Operations, and embedded test process and practices. As a Test Systems Engineer, you will define and influence how prime hardware will be tested at every level (from component to All-Up-Round) to ensure robustness and efficiency. You need excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously yet collaboratively in a team environment. You will generate briefings and present material to team members, customers, and Raytheon Management.

You must demonstrate applied experience and working knowledge of developmental test process, test set-ups and integration, test equipment design with transition to the factory, and verification / validation of product hardware using proven test systems, methodologies, and techniques. What You Will Do

• You will apply your knowledge of the subsystem and collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to develop and implement the subsystem model using Model Based System Engineering tools and methods.
