Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior principals. This role will act as a key administrative partner, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations for leadership.

The position is fully onsite in the firm’s Miami office and requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for two senior principals across multiple time zones

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries

• Schedule meetings and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and professional correspondence

• Track expenses and assist with expense reporting and reimbursements

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drives the strategy and vision of 1-2 specific sports in the Fanatics Authentic portfolio.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Product team on a granular level to ensure a smooth flow of information across all departments.
• Work towards identifying various inefficiencies with key partners across other departments that cause unnecessary churn.
• Work with senior leadership across cross-functional departments intracompany to develop new processes and procedures to reduce future roadblocks to growth.
• Will assist in monitoring sales of unsigned products and aid the Product Team and outside vendors on various buying functions.
• Utilize League and Player's Association relationships to uncover new business.
• Will work closely with the Product team, leagues and internal partners to ensure accurate royalty data is reported on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Will work with the in-venue retail and international business teams on growth-driven initiatives across respective business channels.
• Will communicate directly with members of the sales team and be directly responsible for the launch of unique items to the sales team.
• Will work with the Business-To-Business and outbound sales teams on the organization and execution of mail order campaigns for autograph signings including, but not limited to, ideation with the Athlete Relations department, pricing and communication to the respective sales groups.
• Manage all clearance and sale exclusions lists, working with the Product Merchandising team to ensure lists are maintained on an ongoing basis.
• Work with all of levels of employees on the Product on training key processes and procedures.
• Work well under pressure. This industry is driven by hot ticket items with time constraints to get products on the market.
• Occasional assistance with athlete signings may be required.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Occasional assistance in the fulfillment center may be required.

Education and Experience Requirements

Serve as the asset manager and contact person for internal, borrower, and third-party requests/concerns for assigned loans.

Proactive oversight and timely resolution of a portfolio of specially serviced CLO loans and other distressed debt assets.

Report to senior management updates on assigned loans.

Analyze property operating performance through review of operating statements, rent rolls and leases.

Evaluate and abstract loan documents.

Prepare valuation and cash flow analysis on projected loan resolutions based on Borrower proposals including DCF / IRR / NPV scenarios for various strategies.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the executive team and outside parties.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is required, preferably in a related course of study like Commercial Real Estate or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the workout of non-performing commercial real estate loans or debt asset management.

Advance knowledge of commercial real estate, fixed income, and general financial concepts.

Knowledge of bank, conventional, agency, and/or CLO origination and servicing is recommended.

Ability to underwrite commercial real estate and/or residential acquisition, development, and construction transactions, as well as possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level proficiency working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, in addition to a basic competency working with Argus and CRE Market Data Providers.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

The CDL Driver at SRS ensures safe, timely delivery of building materials to job sites, verifies inventory, follows safety protocols, and maintains high service standards. Safely operate Class A/B vehicles within a 200-mile radius, following DOT regulations with no overnight travel.
