Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Secretary/Assistant, based in Tulsa, OK. The Legal Secretary/Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, managing schedules and diaries, maintaining accurate records, and performing clerical tasks. Daily tasks include managing correspondence with clients, assisting attorneys with administrative needs, ensuring the proper organization of legal files and documents, greeting and meeting with clients, answering a multi line telephone and tracking client payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or Graduation complete by May 2026.
• We will train the right candidate the legal processes required to work in a law firm.
• Proficiency in writing, grammar, spelling and written document preparation.
• Strong Clerical Skills, including computer technology skills, file management, organization, and written and oral communication
• Experience with calendaring to coordinate deadlines and appointments
• Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office software and/or familiarity with legal or case management systems is a plus
• Relevant experience working in a legal or administrative capacity is beneficial.
• Outgoing, friendly, compassionate and professional personality is beneficial.
• Ability to deal calmly and compassionately with difficult people required.
• Ability and motivation to work independently and enthusiastically
• Reliability and good transportation is required.
