Summary:
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. This role encompasses assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The position requires strong critical care skills, advanced clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics in high-acuity settings.
Essential Work Functions:
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition
- Administer complex medications and treatments in accordance with approved critical care nursing techniques
- Operate and manage advanced life support equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments, addressing physical and emotional needs
- Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider of changes in patient status
- Perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters
- Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment, treatments, and recovery expectations
- Communicate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and technologies through ongoing education and training
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols to protect immunocompromised patients and reduce risks
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance ICU patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned within scope
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
- 4+ years of relevant experience; experience in hospitality, retail or the spa industry preferred.
- 2+ years of experience managing high performing teams.
- Demonstrated achievement in managing a P&L, exceeding sales and KPI targets.
- Experience working with multi-units in the beauty and wellness space preferred.
- Fluent in computer and phone skills; technical knowledge of various software and applications (MS Office Suite, HubSpot, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
LEADERSHIP:
- Lead a (5-10) person team with diverse backgrounds of sales and medical expertise.
- Train and develop your team to operate with the highest standards of operations and client service.
- Develop the team by hosting regular and effective 1:1 touch bases and continued training.
- Lead the team by actively being on the floor, engaging with employees and developing their sales and client engagement abilities.

OTHER DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- This position is in-person at one of our Med Spas, and requires an on-site presence 5 days a week. Full time, minimum of 40 hours per week.

- The system pulls red flags to deny loans; ex. Credit, income liabilities etc. they get about 300-400 per day. This team would manage that specific case load, identify which ones have the potential to clear and pass it along to a higher-level UW.
- Review collected documentation against company, NCUA, USPAP and all other relevant industry loan acceptance guidelines
- Review contracts related to real estate, such as age restrictions, HOAs, etc.
- Work closely and collaborate with loan originator and processor to ensure all appropriate data is obtained
- Collaborate with Mortgage leadership and participate in mentoring sessions for Mortgage Processors, Mortgage Closers, and Mortgage Loan Officers
- Maintain current knowledge of all company mortgage products and any changes to guidelines by company, investor, or government agencies that impact the processing of mortgage loan products

· Must have at least 1 year of Mortgage Underwriting experience

The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers.
The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.
The CDL Class A Driver will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck.
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have at least 1 year Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
