Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. What you will do in this role:

  • Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
  • Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Surgical Tech contributes to the company’s mission and vision by assisting with the provision of safe and effective nursing care in accordance with a defined scope of practice within the operating room. This may include: direct patient care and observation, scrubbing and assisting the surgeon at the operative field, surgical room turnover between cases, collection and recording of pertinent clinical data in the medical record and consistent collaboration with the Registered Nurse in clinical decision making. 



What you will do in this role: 



  • Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the surgical technician in accordance with Association of Surgical Technologists 
  • Assist in preparing the operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments 
  • Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings 
  • Assist in the turnover of the O.R. suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces 
  • Prepare procedure room for use the following day by bringing in equipment, setting up, "pulling cases" accurately, and reporting to supervisor items that are needed and not available 


Qualifications you will need: 



  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (preferred) 
  • One year experience in an operating room setting (preferably in an ambulatory surgery center) 
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program as required per facility practice and state regulatory requirement; otherwise preferred

The Position

- The Director of Operations will play a key role in reshaping practice operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving sustainable growth in alignment with the organization's goals.

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can bring new products from napkin sketch to full-scale production, all while keeping quality, compliance, and timelines on track. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead cross-functional squads spanning engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain, guiding projects from concept through production ramp.
  • Build and maintain integrated schedules, resource maps, and cost trackers, providing weekly progress snapshots to senior leadership.
  • Drive Design History File (DHF) creation and keep audit-ready documentation in adherence with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR requirements.
  • Own program-level risk management: establish and maintain DFMEA and PFMEA registers, escalate high-impact issues early, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and ensure a smooth transfer of designs into a controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Verify production readiness by confirming tooling, documentation, operator training, and first-article builds meet release criteria.
  • Serve as the primary voice to customers, translating technical milestones into clear status reports and action plans.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lessons learned to shorten future development cycles.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar).
  • 5+ years managing product development or manufacturing projects within a regulated industry; medical device experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record coordinating cross-disciplinary teams and shipping electromechanical products under ISO 13485 or comparable quality systems.
  • Working knowledge of stage-gate or agile product-development processes, DHF creation, DFMEA / PFMEA, and validation protocols.
  • Solid command of project-management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and the ability to turn data into decisive action.
  • Strong communicator who can influence without authority and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
