As a Forklift Tire Technician, you will give input for customer service and operational improvement. You will continuously improve the knowledge of our products and services and assume full ownership of the position function, with understanding of the role in relation to the success of the Service Center.

What you'll do- In-house and onsite installation of forklift and other material handling tires using a hydraulic tire press.
- Dismount, mount tires, and service the customer product as specified by the customer order.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure cleanliness of all equipment including service vehicles.
- Report to the Service Manager immediately any material that does not meet quality standards, equipment that requires maintenance, delays at customer sites, potential issues with customer equipment before servicing, accidents or concerns about safety or other potential hazards.
- Job requires regular bending, crouching, squatting, and reaching movements, and standing for prolonged periods.

As an Integral Fuel Tank Sealer, you will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety during the sealing and assembly processes. Position Responsibilities:
Obtain daily work assignments from the lead or supervisor and review relevant Installation Plans (IP) and Shop Order Instants (SOI) to determine the work area.
Gather necessary sealants, solvents, cleaners, and wipers from the designated storage area.
Install ventilation equipment as required to ensure proper airflow in the work cavity.
Clean tank surfaces using appropriate solvents or detergents, ensuring they are wiped dry.
Clean and adjust sealing equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Load sealing guns and apply sealant and/or topcoat per BAC specifications, including fillet seals to system components and sealing heads and collars of fasteners.
Perform a shake-down of work areas prior to tank closure to repair any damaged seals or components and prepare for inspection.
Apply wing station identification numbers on tank doors using stencils and spray paint as required.
Install fuel tank closure panels or access doors after all necessary steps are complete and accepted by quality assurance.
Assist with pressure testing operations and perform functional tests on fuel vent systems and tank cavities to determine if leaks exist.
Submit completed jobs or in-process checks to inspectors for acceptance or rejection.
Determine proper sealing compounds, sequence of work, and method of application to accomplish assignments.
Apply aerodynamic seals to skin gaps on leading and trailing edge panels as required.
Position tools for locating vortex generators and apply faying surface seals as needed.
Maintain personal and tool certifications, ensuring compliance with operational standards, and contact supervisors for assistance when needed.

- Set machine coordinates or index points per CNC documents, including cutter offsets, tool heights, and probes, using appropriate measuring tools.
- Run CNC programs to machine rough and precision cut parts, monitoring machine operations for unusual vibrations, sounds, or warning indicators.
- Adjust machine settings (e.g., speeds and feeds) to correct machining issues or prepare the machine for subsequent operations, including head and spindle angles.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor controller problems as required, and initiate requests for corrective action when machine malfunctions occur.
- Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) functions as required to ensure quality standards are met.
- Check completed work for defects and ensure parts meet drawing specifications, removing sharp edges with deburring tools as required.

Position Responsibilities:
Perform pickup, rework, authorized changes, and functional checks on work typically installed or assembled by lower classifications.
Use a tension meter to set cable tension according to specifications.
Conduct reaming and riveting as necessary to complete work assignments.
Report job handicaps, such as errors in parts, materials, or assembly procedures, following shop procedures.
Select appropriate parts, materials, and tools, and work with blueprints, assembly pages, and work orders to install and adjust cable-controlled systems in the aircraft.
Review bar charts or automated timelines to determine job assignments and obtain necessary drawings.
Locate work areas using drawings or paperwork that specify airplane and section numbers.
Verify kitted parts against installation plans and bill of materials to ensure they are correct and free of defects.
Obtain parts from the Parts Control Area if they are not pre-picked, ensuring they meet specifications.
Drill, ream, and countersink holes in parts/assemblies per specifications, using appropriate tools.
Disassemble parts and deburr holes to prepare for fastener installation.
Use solvents to clean surfaces prior to sealing or assembly, and apply sealants, alodine, primers, adhesives, and special finishes as required.
Install cable control pulleys and rig control cables according to drawings and specifications.
Check and adjust actuator motors for full travel of flight control systems using power sources and hand tools.
Clean the work area and ensure the removal of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and submit completed jobs or in-process checks to inspectors as required.
