Job Overview:

The Bilingual CSR will support customers by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with enrollment-related transactions, and providing accurate information regarding program services, policies, and procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Job Functions:

• Respond to inbound 800-line calls and complete outbound support calls.
• Answer customer questions clearly and professionally, escalating or referring callers to supervisors, county representatives, or state agencies when needed.
• Assist beneficiaries with enrollment transaction requests, as applicable.
• Maintain current knowledge of client programs, policies, procedures, and desk guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
• Bilingual fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Japanese, Thai, Laotian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Cambodian, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Armenian.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software programs.

Overview:

Substitute Program Leader
Status: Part-Time Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

Substitute Program Leaders may work at different sites throughout the region and receive their assignments based on their availability. Substitute Program Leaders work directly with a group of students (ratio is contingent upon CDC guidelines), acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor. Substitute Program Leaders must have a genuine interest in the growth, development, and provision of a safe and nurturing environment for the students they teach. Substitute Program Leader's ability to establish authority through leadership, communication, and most importantly patience, will be required in giving our students the stability and nurturing atmosphere they need to succeed. Responsibilities:

• Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment and physical activity, using curriculum and materials provided by the program.
• Create an engaging environment that fosters a sense of belonging that kids want to be in.
• Support students in making positive behavior choices and take disciplinary measures when appropriate.
• Engage children and youth by following, implementing, and assisting in creating lesson plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

With Little or No Supervision and Direction:

• Is knowledgeable of materials and material locations.
• Assist in maintaining inventory on consumables.
• Safely locates, identifies, and pulls material indicated on work orders using appropriate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, side loader, and scissor lifts.
• Verifies the size of materials and products with the use of calipers, a micrometer, tape measures, and the established color-coding system.
• Verifies that pulled material meets or exceeds Company quality standards.
• Follow all established Company safety rules.
• Creates and models a culture of “safety first”, trains others, and ensures that all associates who work or enter the warehouse follow Company safety rules.
• Documents all materials pulled using the IMS process.
