About the Role You're Considering

As a Senior Employee Development / Training Specialist as part of our Industrial Operations - Training team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical capabilities of aerospace manufacturing workforce.

In this role you will play a key role in:

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,200.00 - $187,740.00

This remote opportunity begins on Oct 27, 2025, and offers flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts available across daytime, evening, and overnight hours throughout the week. The ideal candidate will have telehealth experience and a background in general diagnostic radiology.

  • Schedule:
  • 7 days, Sunday-Saturday, 8am-5pm PST (Daytime)
  • 7 days, Sunday-Saturday, 4pm-12am PST (Evenings)
  • 7 days, Sunday-Saturday, 12am-8am PST (Overnights)


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide remote diagnostic radiology interpretations via telehealth
  • Maintain high productivity with 8-10 RVUs per hour
  • Interpret a broad spectrum of imaging studies within the scope of general diagnostic radiology
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and thorough reporting of imaging results
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare teams as needed
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and best practices


Additional Information

  • Must be board certified in General Radiology
  • Valid Washington state medical license required
  • Prior telehealth experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
