Job Summary

The IT Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing procurement activities, ensuring low total cost of ownership and high-quality procurement of related goods and services needed to meet the needs of Benjamin Moore. The candidate will report to the Indirect Procurement Sr. Manager and will be responsible for commercial and service criteria and contracts in alignment with corporate policies and procedures, which ensure competitive pricing and overall total cost of ownership, and fully protect the company against missed deliveries, shortages, and outages, poor material quality, and other performance issues that might adversely affect Benjamin Moore. The candidate will work closely with the Contract Manager to execute contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to lead sourcing projects that deliver desired results, mitigate business risk, and drive efficiencies.
• Negotiate with suppliers to execute Supply Agreements that achieve the lowest total system cost and are in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, are in alignment with business stakeholders)
• Responsible for contractual commitments and supplier assessments, ensuring all purchases are consistent with quality and delivery requirements.
• Develop supplier base and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Communicate and mitigate market changes; develop and recommend alternative sourcing options.
• Perform data analysis for sourcing projects.
• Analyze, develop, and deliver timely cost information. Maintain sourcing database and metrics for reporting and communicating Procurement activities. Work closely with key stakeholders and the procurement contract manager
• Performs other duties as required

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
• Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in the InDirect Procurement field
• Previous people management experience
• Industrial manufacturing and/or Business Management experience preferred
• Experience in the use of ERP systems (SAP, ARIBA and Ironclad preferred)
• C.P.M. and/or CPSM certification

Responsibilities:

Technicians will be the "face of IT", working directly with client resources to address computer issues, questions and concerns. Technicians will proactively work with customers to create world class digital user experience, whether in the office, traveling internationally or ensuring uninterrupted service/support for submission success. Work will focus on improving productivity through proactive identification/remediation of potential hardware issues, leveraging data analytics to determine areas of focus, and proactively ensure devices meet security standards (patches, driver updates, supported app levels, etc.). . IT On Point technicians are the primary point of contact for hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications, new hire onboarding, accessory assistance and users' adoption of new and upcoming IT initiatives and services. This role is 100% onsite 5 days a week. You will be rotating between our 3 Indianapolis sites (Corporate, Client Technology Center-North and Client Technology Center-South)

• Working knowledge in the set-up, configuration, and use of computer hardware, software, and network including internet security and data privacy principles

• Diagnostic and problem-solving skills with focus on end point devices, peripherals, and advanced knowledge of all O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Azure, SharePoint, Teams etc.)

• Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills required: ability to partner with other Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot technical issues; must be able to translate technical content for non-technical customers.

• Basic understanding of multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS)

• Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional)

This position emphasizes understanding of critical production and support operations, anticipating the future direction of the Information Technology industry and relating those changes to current IT Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee 24x7 production support teams for and affiliates, user technical support, and production job schedules
• Assist in the management of policy development and technology planning
