WHAT WILL YOU DO

* Provide leadership, support, and direction to empower 30-50 wage production operators to achieve their common objectives.

* Work effectively with maintenance, quality, and other teams to meet daily/annual performance goals and continuous improvement/progress efforts.

* Develop employees through coaching plans and work closely with your team members to improve their capabilities through effective performance management.

* Monitor the short and long-term needs of the facility to ensure succession needs are met and employees are afforded opportunities for development and career growth.

* Facilitate the identification and implementation of process and team improvements.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

* A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment (Monday-Friday on day shift) and support the 24 hours - 7 days operations as necessary.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in achieving a long-term goal and learning something new.

* Demonstrated experience in leading a team or project group by setting clear goals, delegating tasks effectively, providing regular feedback/coaching, leading by example, and fostering a positive work environment. Military service (Junior Military Officer or Senior Non-Commission Officer) a plus.

* 3-5 years of successful employee performance management (to include attendance, productivity, skill development, and team management) is preferred.

  • Operate across multiple CNC controls: Fanuc, Haas, Okuma OSP, Siemens

Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and results driven Warehouse Leader to join our Insulation Greer, SC team.

  • Direct all warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and procedures, including supervision, training, scheduling, equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and coordination with other departments.
  • Oversee receiving, unloading, inspection, and stocking of shipments; maximize space utilization and ensure proper location of raw materials and finished goods; notify Logistics Manager of discrepancies.
  • Lead warehouse staff by providing work direction, training, and guidance; participate in hiring and screening; coordinate breaks and lunches in compliance with company policy.
  • Oversee outbound shipments to ensure accurate pick/loading operations, product quality, and timely processing of shipment paperwork; report any issues to management.
  • Manage inventory control processes including daily finished goods cycle counts, weekly raw material counts, and year-end inventory management.
  • Oversee warehouse maintenance, equipment checks, facility housekeeping, and refuse operations to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Serve as backup to the Logistics Manager when necessary, including freight coordination, rate negotiation, truck scheduling, and report preparation.
  • Participate in the review and refinement of warehouse procedures and perform other duties as needed.



Qualifications

Hands-on General Manager position that provides local leadership to a 50+ person manufacturing plant that operates on 2 shifts, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. This includes all operations, procurement, production, transportation, and coordinating all sales/marketing efforts throughout the region. Work environment will consist of both an office setting and manufacturing plant setting.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 10+ years building materials or similar manufacturing industry experience, preferably in a managerial role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • General understanding of all business functions.

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to provide strategic oversight of continuous improvement initiatives across a manufacturing division. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, reducing waste and cost, and improving productivity through structured CI methodologies. You will partner closely with plant leaders and cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with divisional goals.

• Partner with plant leaders to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improve operational performance.

• Apply Lean methodologies and CI tools to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance operational flow.

• Develop and deliver training while mentoring CI champions to drive adoption of continuous improvement practices across sites.

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead CI projects from concept through implementation to ensure measurable results.


Qualifications
