Pharmacy Technicians, under the supervision of a license pharmacist, assist in the various activities of the pharmacy department. Pharmacy Technicians assist the pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records. • Develop customized formulations for dietary supplements, functional foods, and natural health products based on client
specifications, market trends, and ingredient research.
• Evaluate and select appropriate excipients and recommend alternate active ingredients for use in formulations based on scientific
understanding and regulatory requirements.
• Reformulate existing products for improvement, cost optimization, or regulatory updates.
• Perform ingredient research, including compatibility, stability, dosage, and sourcing considerations.
• Conduct bench-top prototypes, adjust formulations, and analyze performance to meet sensory, functional, and stability
requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in formulation science and technological advancements in the dietary supplement

Documentation & Technical Support
• Maintain accurate formula files, raw material documentation, prototype records, and substantiation summaries in compliance
with GMP requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications, formulation rationales, and product dossiers for internal teams and external partners.
• Support creation of technical content for product communication, including labeling and supporting documents, ensuring
scientific accuracy.
Project & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with manufacturing teams to support pilot runs, scale-up activities, and troubleshooting during production.
• Collaborate with procurement to evaluate raw materials, identify alternative ingredients, and ensure consistent supply.
• Provide technical guidance to commercial, branding, and regulatory teams to ensure product claims, messaging, and compliance
align with formulation capabilities.
• Facilitates alignment across quality, regulatory, and production teams by clearly communicating product capabilities, constraints,

Regulatory & Quality Compliance
• Ensure all formulations meet applicable regulatory requirements
• Maintain documentation and processes in alignment with GMP standards and internal quality systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Schedule production based on weekly capacity plan; manage the direct relationship with the staffing agency to ensure the required headcount is on site
- Train entire production team on each job function (e.g. dekitting, palletizing, loading, QC Checks, etc..)
- Maintain and track daily labor hours by line associate to support invoice reconciliation to staffing agencies
- Maintain and follow all local site safety and quality related functions including training and supervision of the production team on all local GMPs
- Ensure customers’ finished goods recipes and standard operation procedures are consistently executed
- Ensure that any quality and food safety concerns are timely communicated and addressed with internal and external quality stakeholders
- Embody the ‘customer first’ approach in partnership with internal Customer Operations and Commercial teams and delight our customers with every interaction and finished goods produced
- Liaise with customer on-site management to ensure smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods to/from the Sojo FlightTM production area
- Manage ERP and WMS system related to line production and inventory related functions in WMS,
- Ensure seamless Sojo Flight™ breakdown and setup activities at existing and new locations based on engineering and design parameters
Qualifications
- Experience managing production frontline teams of varying sizes
- Skilled with Microsoft Suite applications for reporting and communication
- Knowledge of safety practices for working with factory equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Mechanical expertise and proficiency with hand tools (plus)

You will play a key role in ensuring that all licensing processes are managed efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Your work will directly support the organization’s ability to operate smoothly across different jurisdictions by maintaining accurate records and ensuring all licenses are up to date.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies, helping to resolve discrepancies and align processes with evolving regulations. What will you do Day-to-Day?
- Manage and process licensing applications and renewals in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing documentation and records.
- Conduct research to ensure compliance with regional and jurisdictional regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to address licensing needs.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies in licensing documentation or processes.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat to manage documentation and reporting.
- Support the overall compliance workflow by ensuring all licensing activities align with company and legal standards.
What are we looking for in you?
- At least 1 year of experience in the gaming industry or in a similar compliance/licensing role.
- Familiarity with licensing regulations and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
