Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Synthetic Chemist to support the discovery of small molecules for next-generation 3D printing resins. You will work hands-on in the lab, executing syntheses of novel molecules, characterizing products, and exploring photochemical and photophysical structure–property relationships. This role is ideal for highly motivated early-career chemists who love synthesis and are excited to accelerate innovation through fast, iterative chemistry. You will be closely mentored by experienced synthetic chemists and will collaborate with analytical scientists and engineers developing our printing systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot small molecule synthetic routes, with a focus on divergent or modular approaches to rapidly generate lead candidates.
- Purify products using chromatography and crystallization techniques.
- Characterize compounds via UPLC, NMR, UV/Vis and IR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry.
- Work with cross-functional teammates to explore photochemical and photophysical structure–property relationships that drive 3D printing performance.
- Maintain excellent electronic lab notebook documentation.
- Contribute to management of chemical databases (e.g., commercial, proprietary, and virtual compound libraries).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field with equivalent advanced chemistry coursework.
- ≥2 years of intensive organic synthesis laboratory experience (academic research and/or industrial roles).
- Experience with synthetic planning with chemical databases (e.g., SciFinder, Reaxys).
- Excellent command of synthetic and physical organic chemistry fundamentals.
- Experience with air-sensitive techniques (e.g., Schlenk line), purification (chromatography/crystallization), and data interpretation (NMR / LC-MS).

THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking to hire an experienced Formulation Chemist / Technician to join the R&D Formulations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a wide variety of haircare formulations incorporating our proprietary ingredients. Experience with personal care or cosmetics formulation is required.
This individual will:
- Support the development of high-performance haircare formulations in accordance with project briefs and technical guidance
- Perform formulation, testing, and documentation activities while ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones
- Contribute to scale-up efforts by preparing samples, capturing process parameters, and supporting pilot-scale or manufacturing trials
- Support formulation handoff to Product Development or external manufacturing partners through clear documentation and sample preparation.
- Follow good laboratory practices while maintaining detailed and accurate records of samples, analyses, ingredients, and results, demonstrating traceability and repeatability through organized documentation and reporting.
- Create and maintain product ingredient lists, formulation documents and final specifications for finished formulations.

WHO YOU ARE
- You are an experienced personal care formulator with at least 1-2 years of industry experience in a hands-on role in the personal care industry. Knowledge of surfactant and emulsion systems is a must.
- B.S. or higher in cosmetic science or related fields is required.

We are looking for a Field Engineer that ideally has previous linear water rehabilitation experience i.e. sewers. This will be an onsite role for a sewer rehabilitation project for a utility client in Boston. Monitors assigned subcontractor(s) for compliance with subcontract technical requirements. Monitors discipline construction activities for compliance with the CPM schedule. Prepares and issues all discipline extra work authorization requests (RFMPs/WAs) with the approval of the Project Field Manager Coordinates with Field. Subcontract Administrator as needed. Maintains a daily log for site record purposes. Completes quantity take-offs as required to support construction planning and invoice approval. Reviews all subcontractor progress payment requests for acceptance. Monitors technical service representative (supplier) daily logs and reviews/approves their timesheets. Compiles and maintains Conformed to Construction Records drawing and list markups as assigned. Directs site document control activities for design documents. Assists Field Quality Assurance Manager in performing inspections and verification of tests. Adheres to safety and quality standards as appropriate for level of duties and accountabilities. Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements. Provides commercial direction, interpretation of subcontracts, and administers discipline specific or assigned contract requirements in coordination with Field Subcontract Administrator or Procurement Manager. Reviews, maintains records, and responds to Contractor Information Requests (CIRs) as assigned. Acts in capacity of a "lead person" Does not have management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work direction except as assigned Directs other discipline engineers, general foreman, craft personnel, TA's, and vendor representatives.
Education: MUST have a BS in engineering. Preferrably Civil since it is dealing with underground construction (but not a deal-breaker)

Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee all aspects of banquet food preparation, ensuring adherence to standardized recipes.
- Create and maintain a standardized recipe book, plate guides, and allergen sheet for existing written menus.
- Organize, oversee, and participate in the plating of food for service, ensuring compliance with established plating and presentation criteria.
- Guarantee food quality and ensure readiness for service at the appropriate time, following Banquet Event Order (BEO) standards.
- Control costs effectively by managing food purchasing and maintaining food cost goals, while monitoring labor levels.

- Oversee the employee cafeteria, ensuring proper cooking methods and product quality while adhering to food safety criteria.
- Manage menu development and execution for the Langham Club, working closely with the Executive Chef.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers to meet guest needs.
- Possess knowledge of local health rules, regulations, and food handling requirements.
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the department, adhering to all sustainability procedures (Connect).

Qualifications:
- Experience with menu development, costing, and BEO distribution. Advanced knowledge of culinary technique and application.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands as related to a banquet kitchen, two years of Banquet Kitchen experience preferred.
- Degree in Culinary Arts preferred, 3 to 5 years’ experience in a 4-5 star hotel or independent restaurant in a kitchen management role.
- ServSafe certification.
- Able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs. as needed. Able to work long hours plus the ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time.

The Account Processing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Account Processing Department within a community bank environment. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of deposit account documentation, regulatory compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and team leadership. The Manager exercises a broad range of decision-making authority, supports strategic initiatives, and partners closely with senior management to enhance operational efficiency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Oversight
- Oversee maintenance of existing accounts, including but not limited to title changes, product type changes, account status changes, address updates, overdraft links, combined statement, confidential accounts, employee, officer and director accounts, opt in and opt out to Reg E, deceased customers, and legal documentation.
- Ensure all account processing tasks are completed accurately and timely in accordance with the Account Matrix.
- Supervise daily Online Account Opening processing.
- Monitor the Online Account Opening for fraudulent activity and escalate as necessary.
- Responsible for quality control and creating District Exceptions for all branches and business units.
- Monitor Document Management queues and recommend or submit software updates as needed.
- Ensure all deposit account documentation is scanned into the FCM system timely and accurately.
- Coordinate weekly schedules to ensure balanced workload distribution and daily task completion.
- Oversee the processing of CD interest checks and IRA distributions.
- Handle escalated operational and balancing issues, including out-of-balance conditions.

- Ensure full compliance with all federal and state banking regulations.

- Ensure CD and IRA accounts are maintained in compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop CD and IRA training materials for new or changed regulations.
- Conduct a CD and IRA training session for the branches.
- Oversee processing of IRA distributions, contributions, transfers, rollovers, beneficiary updates, and interest adjustments.
- Ensure all federal and state reporting is completed accurately and timely.
- Resolve year-end tax reporting issues.
- Assist with state abandoned property processing.
- Maintain strong audit results and satisfactory or better audit ratings.
- Coordinate compliance training as regulations change.
- Make risk-based decisions to decline accounts to mitigate fraud and losses.
- Quickly report fraud cases to the Fraud Recovery Team.
Legal & Research Processing
- Escalate non-routine legal matters appropriately.
