Job Summary

Full-Time. $17/hour.

The Inventory Lead provides on-site support to the warehouse and storage areas within a cannabis cultivation facility. In addition, leads will be responsible for tracking and auditing finished goods and raw materials within the facility. You may be cross-trained and asked to occasionally support other departments to meet business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Aid Inventory Managers with new hire training.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to Leads, and Specialists.

  • Executes inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes inventory holding, maximizes stock tracking system, and ensure entry accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Two (2) year experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
  • Previous experience in inventory management.
  • Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing regular system and physical inventory audits.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older and able to successfully register with the states cannabis commission as an agent.

Job Description:


  • Supports warehouse receiving shift by handling all clerical duties associated with the receiving function.
  • Compiles, copies, sorts, and files records of daily receiving and schedules.
  • Checks communications from other shifts to ensure relevant information is passed on to receiving shift.
  • Places short-dated product on hold in the system.
  • Reviews receiving documents to identify date issues and obtains shelf-life approvals.
  • Compiles information and completes various reports.
  • Orders supplies, answers phone, responds to requests.
  • Operates office machines, such as photocopiers, scanner, printer, and computer.
  • Communicates with supervisors regarding any problems identified.
  • Completes other warehouse clerical duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualification:


  • 1-3 Years of Experience
  • Basic requirements include a high school diploma.
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • 1-year office experience and 1-years' experience in a warehouse environment.
  • The ability to operate a computer and all Microsoft Office applications, including special proficiency with Excel. Typically reports to a manager or supervisor.
