This position is in a machine shop environment and requires a team-oriented individual who will set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machinery. You will also support various processes to produce parts for the aerospace industry.
What You Will Do:
- Operation of CNC lathes (primarily), provide backup operations on CNC mills and other manual equipment.
- You will be expected to set-up and run machines on a wide variety of operations involving multiple machines that convert raw materials to precision semi-finished goods within print tolerance specification.

- Assist with all surveys in assigned regions in conjunction with the Compliance Regional Director by: Ensuring all assigned office licenses, CEMPs and personnel are up to date and renewals/changes filed timely. Providing offices will all necessary survey information and preparation. Oversee Plans of Action or Plans of Correction development and submission for any deficiencies.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of clinical processes, policies, and procedures.
MANAGEMENT –
- Hire, develop and supervise high potential Clinical Service Directors.
- Provide clinical and compliance mentorship, guidance and support to office and field staff of assigned region.

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking 4 talented UX Designers (2 Web Designers and 2 Native Platform Designers) to join the Design System team at one of our largest banking clients. These roles will contribute to building scalable, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences across web and native platforms.
Designers will collaborate in a high-performing, agile design systems team to research, ideate, prototype, and deliver design solutions aligned with member needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with developers and cross-functional teams, and the ability to contribute to complex design systems.

Designer II
- Identify and document business problems to support solutions for moderately complex cross-organizational projects

The Director is responsible for the ownership, execution, and interpretation of policies, for the successful operation of the business. Results are typically accomplished through project teams. This role has a significant impact on business operations, both internal and external-facing. The Director is the leader for the business group, sets the tone and standard for core values and best practices, and drives business unit success towards goals and objectives. Daily execution of complex and creative problem-solving; problems may be people-based, client-based, and/or strategic. This role fosters relationships with new and existing clients, manages departmental revenue tracking/forecasts, contracts, and invoicing, and optimally uses resources. The Director is a strategic role that maintains alignment and achievement of company goals and standardization of practices across the department and company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership:
- Focuses on the team to identify and implement personal development opportunities, whether technical, project management, or personal
- Leads, trains, and mentors team members by acting as PM on select projects and meeting individual utilization expectations.
- Facilitates monthly 1:1 meetings with each direct report using a standardized 1:1 meeting tool, observe 2nd level reports during the initial 1:1 session with the team.
- Oversees Business Operations Specialist by ensuring contracts are added and updated, bi-weekly internal contracts meetings are held, and periodic client outreach occurs.
- Participates in company-wide initiatives as required.
Operations:
- Responsible for the successful coordination and completion of smaller, quick turnaround projects and larger, highly complex, longer cycle projects.
- Leads/co-leads scheduling of resources to achieve individual and team utilization targets as well as revenue goals.
- Reviews Consultant and Specialist level deliverables for content, consistency, and compliance while ensuring reporting standards and delivery timelines. Discusses findings with respective authors for development.
- Evaluates '2-Week Look ahead' by EOB Thursdays of the preceding week to ensure the team is efficiently deployed and coordinated. Partners with other team leaders across the business to fill any gaps in the schedule.
- Provides technical assistance and/or staffing availability input on proposals to the Market Development team.
- Provides periodic progress, reports, and other metrics as needed.
- Creates draft and submits final invoices consistent with timelines provided by Accounting.
- Reviews monthly accounts receivable and assists A/R team in client outreach for payment, as needed.
- Provides high-touch engagement with clients on projects warranting closer relationships and/or challenging projects.
- Fosters relationships with new & existing clients for tactical and strategic purposes
Strategic
- Anticipates and communicates changes regarding clients, local market, or industry
- Develops plan(s) to optimize and/or mitigate challenges.
- Generates revenue projections, leverages resources, scheduling, backlog, etc.
- Provide status updates biweekly during the Ops-huddle.

- Co-leads annual planning cycle to include revenue and margin targets, service line/markets expansion, necessary resources/training, and team development needs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering/Architecture-related discipline
- 8 years Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or Project Management in design, construction, or forensics.
- 2 years of Business unit leadership, and management responsibility to include managing staff, group revenue responsibilities, growth strategy, hiring/firing, and business development.
- PE or AIA license desired.

The Consumer Sales Representative-Retail is a key contributor in TDS’s overall consumer strategy to grow, delight and retain our customers. Our motto is to grow revenue and achieve sales goals by providing exceptional customer service. The Consumer Sales Representative-Retail handles customers that walk-in to our Retail stores as well as handles inbound customer calls when no customers are in the office.
This position is the primary point of contact for consumer customers inquiring about products and services. This position takes ownership of thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of all the consumer products and services we offer. The Consumer Sales Representative-Retail also keeps current on all pricing, procedures, promotions, tools, and systems used to place orders, update billing and maintain record of customer contacts.
In addition to base pay and an excellent benefits package, the Consumer Sales Representative-Retail is assigned monthly sales goals established for key strategic products such as Voice, High Speed Data, TV, Mobile, and Strategic product sales. The Consumer Sales Representative-Retail must meet these goals and maintain customer service quality expectations for additional commission incentive programs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Sales & Retention Results through Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Exceed or Meet Monthly Sales Goals of Strategic Products such as but not limited to, Voice, High Speed Data, TV , Mobile, and Internet Content Product Offerings through face to face and over the phone interactions. Exceeds retention goals, by using save techniques that involve negotiation & interpersonal communication skills to prevent customer churn. Works to ask lifestyle questions and promote services to fulfill customer needs. Is also responsible for reselling customers on the benefits of having TDS service, subsequently protecting existing revenue.
- Moves/Adds/Changes/Disconnect Inquiries: Delight and retain existing customer base by consistently providing exceptional customer service on all billing inquiries, seasonal service requests, toll inquiries, and other miscellaneous inquiries. The Consumer Sales Representative-Retail will consult with customers on these service calls to identify customer technology needs and offer TDS product solutions they may not currently have and/or we can offer at a better value.
- Cash Management Procedures – Consumer Retail must closely follow cash management procedures to assure accuracy in all cash and payment handling from customer to deposit.
- Resolves construction related issues in specific markets by creating and completing Triage tickets.
- Keeps current with Promotions, Products and Technology necessary to Exceeding or Meeting Sales and Retention Goals. Regular attendance and promptness for work are essential functions of this position because absenteeism and tardiness significantly impact the ability of the Company and coworkers to meet our customers' needs
- Handles retail office responsibilities such as restocking supplies, unlocking and locking office, maintaining office cleanliness, participating in community events, and working with other departments to coordinate use of space.

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
- 2+ years computer experience (may include order applications, Microsoft Outlook, Word, or Excel).
- Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS’s business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers’ needs.
Other Qualifications
- 6+ months experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks 6+ months experience working with detailed data
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, selling and closing skills in reselling the service to customers who are requesting to disconnect their service.
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured, contact center environment

Pay Transparency

Key Responsibilities:
The Desktop Support Analyst provides advanced technical support to end users across the organization, ensuring reliable operation of desktop systems, laptops, mobile devices, virtual desktops, and enterprise applications.
This role serves as the escalation point for Level 1 support and is responsible for resolving complex technical issues in both physical desktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
The technician works closely with infrastructure, security, networking, and application teams to diagnose and resolve incidents while delivering excellent customer service to business users within a regulated financial services environment.
End User Support
- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support users accessing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments including troubleshooting login issues, session performance problems, profile issues, and application access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues escalated from Level 1 support.
- Support Microsoft Windows environments across both physical endpoints and virtual desktops.
- Assist users with enterprise productivity applications and internal business systems.
- Provide support for conference room technology, printers, and collaboration platforms.
VDI & Remote Workspace Support
- Provide technical support for VDI platforms such as Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- VDI session connectivity
- Authentication and access issues
- Profile loading or roaming profile errors
- Performance and latency problems
- Application delivery within virtual environments
- Assist with testing and validating VDI updates, patches, and environment changes.
- Work with infrastructure and virtualization teams to escalate and resolve backend VDI platform issues.
Device & Endpoint Management
- Configure, deploy, and maintain corporate workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage devices using enterprise endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf, or similar).
- Perform software installations, upgrades, and patching in accordance with IT standards.
- Maintain hardware inventory and asset records and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
- Support endpoint connectivity to VDI platforms and remote access solutions.
Incident & Service Request Management
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents related to desktop systems, VDI sessions, applications, and connectivity.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the ServiceNow.
- Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and service quality targets.
- Escalate issues to infrastructure, virtualization, or engineering teams when necessary.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure endpoints and virtual desktop sessions comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, encryption, and access controls.
- Assist with remediation of endpoint or VDI-related security incidents.
- Maintain awareness of security and compliance standards common in financial services environments.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with network, infrastructure, virtualization, cybersecurity, and application teams to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in technology rollouts, system upgrades, and office moves.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities
