The Opportunity
The Mid-Level Life Solutions Specialist helps to ensure the financial security of our membership by assessing member life insurance needs, providing advice and / or referrals for advice, and making the appropriate recommendations based on members’ individual needs and goals. May provide support to Health Solutions acquisition and retention based on member demand.

What you'll do:
Receives request for advice from current and prospective members through various channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, faxes, and video telephony. Special Acquisitions Team employees will primarily place outbound calls triggered from underwriting work items.
Asks questions to discover key information, including life events, and to understand member needs. Documents relevant information.
Uncovers and recognizes life events, understands and assesses the member's needs, financial situation, and goals.
Develops and understands appropriate life insurance strategies based on individual member needs. Provides intermediate protection planning advice, including insurance protection, estate planning and enhanced solutions like long term care products.
Recommends relevant life insurance product and solutions and refers members who may need financial advice to the respective department.
Motivates member to take action on recommendation(s) and resolves objections using intermediate sales techniques and intermediate persuasion skills. Implements recommendation(s).
Monitors legislative initiatives that may impact economy, society, and personal financial situation.
Educates membership on implications of economic, industry trends and tax law changes, as well as USAA's
products and services.
May conduct outbound follow-up calls to complete member acquisition of products and services previously discussed.
Serves as a resource to less experienced team members on escalated issues of a routine nature.
Guides and influences less experienced team members.
Work Hours:

What you have:
High School diploma or GED
Required maintenance of Life/Health license

Position Summary
The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. This role focuses on food preparation and execution along with developing innovative menus and maintaining cost controls to optimize efficiency and profitability. Job Description
Position Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining financial profitability, Forbes Five-Star service level, excellent guest response, and upkeep of the operation. Additional responsibilities include setting up floor, hands-on management during service, payroll and administrative duties, and on-going training. This position reports to the Restaurant General Manager.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, coaching, correcting employees, maintaining a positive atmosphere & upholding standard.
- Assist in interviewing, selection, training and retention of employees
- Produce weekly schedules according to budget and forecasted numbers
- Responsible for the financial success of the operation
- Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling and hygiene standards

Education & Experience Requirements
- Hospitality management related degree preferred
- 2 years of luxury hotel industry experience preferred
- 3 years of management experience in a Fine Dining restaurant environment required
- Knowledge of fine dining cuisine and wine
- Knowledge of purchasing, scheduling and payroll systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills English skills, Spanish a plus
- Knowledge of food handling, safety and other restaurant guidelines

Our Denver office is hiring a highly motivated individual with enterprise business development experience, preferably in technology consulting services or professional services to generate new business and deepen relationships with current and prospective clients. This position is an internal, full-time role at AIM Consulting.
This role requires building and growing relationships with key decision-makers and influences throughout all level’s prospective enterprise clients, identifying opportunities and properly positioning AIM’s technology service offerings and consultants. You will need a strong customer centric perspective, a consultative selling approach, and demonstrate a clear understanding of strategic business understanding coupled with disciplined execution tactics. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating project requirements to internal stakeholder teams who are responsible for service delivery, project management, and internal resourcing. Role & Responsibilities
