As a Cashier (Customer Service Associate), you are the first and final interaction for Floor & Decor's customers. Security Guard is able to perform a variety of fixed-post, mobile, or foot patrols while maintaining situational awareness and making decisions and/or taking actions consistent with established post orders, facility rules, guidelines and protocols. Duties may include work in austere and uncomfortable conditions for prolonged periods of time, including periods of inclement weather, while performing walking, standing, searching, and surveillance or sitting duties essential to the performance of the security functions.
Keep supervisors and managers informed of unusual occurrences and important events as detailed in post orders, rules, regulations, guidelines, and protocols.
Monitor alarms, radio traffic and other information sources. Dispatch or inform others as needed and authorized.

The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance and Operations and supporting the Director and Associate Director, with support for up to three additional faculty, the faculty assistant provides a wide range of complex office administration and support at the Center for Bioethics. The Candidate must be able to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The candidate must be flexible with a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, diplomacy, and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities simultaneously.
Executive support for the Center Director and Associate Director:
- Communicates professionally and effectively on behalf of the Center Director and Associate Director to both internal and external parties.
- Manages incoming mail and email, including identifying and tracking time-sensitive or high-priority communications to ensure prompt attention.
- Drafts and edits correspondence for a wide range of audiences, proactively handles scheduling requests, and manages unwanted subscriptions.
- Maintains complex calendars for the Center Director and Associate Director, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments, and coordinating across institutional calendars.
- Arranges complex travel, prepares detailed travel itineraries, and processes expense reports and reimbursement forms.
- Manages and updates complex CVs for faculty, incorporating new information as it arises.
- Drafts written correspondence and templates for faculty use, including updating and revising as needed.
- Coordinates and ensures the timely completion and submission of faculty recommendation letters.
Faculty Support:
- Provides administrative support for up to three additional core and/or research faculty, including calendar management, travel planning, processing reimbursements, and scheduling conference rooms.
Office Support and Operations:
- Serves as the point of contact for the Center for Bioethics by staffing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering the main phone line, addressing basic inquiries, and triaging center email to the appropriate staff.
- Orders and maintains office supply inventory and organizes storage spaces to ensure availability of essential items.
- Serves as primary liaison with the mailroom; develops instructions for mailing procedures for faculty and staff, and manages incoming/outgoing mail.
- Coordinates with Harvard security for employee building access, including granting and removing swipe access during onboarding and offboarding.
- Works with the Event Management System (EMS) to reserve office and conference spaces and to develop/revise step-by-step instructions for staff and faculty on room bookings.
- Maintains shared workspaces and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness, order, and availability of equipment and computer peripherals at each workstation.
- Acts as liaison to facilities and IT regarding routine office repairs and issues, reporting, tracking, and following up on resolution.
Process Development:
- Drafts and revises process improvements and operational procedures, submitting drafts for approval to the Associate Director of Finance and Operations. Examples include (but are not limited to): overseeing the procurement and tracking of office equipment, maintaining and updating inventory systems.
- Developing and maintaining the supply ordering process and updating as needed.
- Drafting, disseminating, and updating room reservation instructions for the EMS system
Program and Event Support:
- Provides support for Center programs, including website updates, and assistance with events such as conferences, lectures, seminars, and public forums.
- Handles logistics such as scheduling rooms and media services, maintaining the Center's schedule for office and desk use.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- Contributes to the overall success of the Center by accomplishing other tasks or special projects as needed.
The faculty assistant is part of the HCB administrative team whose mission is to support the Center's faculty and students in teaching, service, and scholarship. Statement Of Responsibilities- Shall be responsible for the care and custody of inmates detained at the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office and Correctional Center or related programs.
- Shall supervise inmates work details within the correctional center facility, ensuring that areas of responsibility are maintained in a clean, secure, and sanitary manner.
- Shall conduct searches of inmates and areas within the facility for contraband in accordance with Sheriff's Office policy and procedures.
- Shall ensure and enforce that the inmate population adhere to the regulations. Correctional Center's rules and
- Shall prepare inmate disciplinary, informational and other significant reports as required by the Facility Shift Commander.
- Shall transport prisoners to courts, hospitals or other institutions while securing their safety and secure custody.
- Shall adhere to proper key control procedures.
- Shall conduct accurate inmate head counts in accordance with Sheriff's Office policy and procedures.
- Shall be responsible for making recommendations to the classification board on each inmate assigned to his/her housing unit.
- Shall make recommendations to superiors regarding Sheriff's Office policy and procedure changes in accordance with the chain of command.
- Shall be required to maintain and properly document all facility logbooks.
- Shall conduct daily cell inspections to prevent contraband, security and sanitary violations.
- Shall be familiar with and ensure compliance with all emergency contingency plans: body alarm, escape, disorder, medical and fire emergency evacuation procedures.
- Shall assist and perform all other duties as assigned by the Facility Shift Commander.
- The Sheriff of Norfolk County reserves the right to add or delete from these responsibilities.
Below are the minimum criteria to seek employment as a Corrections Officer within the Norfolk County Sheriff's Office:
- Minimum age 21
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Honorable Discharge from the Armed Services (when applicable)
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass a drug and psychological screening
- Pass a general and criminal background check
- Pass a written exam
- Pass a physical fitness test
- Demonstrate verbal, written and computer skills sufficient to effectively communicate

Responsibilities include:
- Lead a dynamic finance team and ensure effective, efficient and accurate forecasting
- Provide analytics around sales and merchandise margin, including markdown and inventory metrics
- Partner with senior merchants to provide insight into profit and retail trends
- Oversee & perform financial forecasting & reporting with excellent attention to detail
- Deliver key financial updates along with sales & inventory trends to CFO & senior merchants
- Deliver strategy presentations with strong messaging and recommendations to senior leadership
- Foster a collaborative culture through building relationships with partners across the business, such as Operational Groups, Merchandising & parallel finance groups

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working in a business planning and/or finance environment
- Prior experience leading teams in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills with an ability to acquire and analyze information and draw business solutions
- Prior experience with leading a team in enhancing use of data visualization tools like Power BI
- Able to concisely and effectively deliver insights, recommendations, and results to Executive Level management
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage constantly evolving assignments in a team environment
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, and reporting on large amounts of data
- High level of curiosity to explore, learn and understand business information

This position has a starting salary range of $104,750 to $136,150 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
