Responsibilities
GTC is looking for a VP, Associate Portfolio Manager, who will primarily support and help lead the firm's asset management functions. The TSR is responsible for monitoring the installation of Sika Sarnafil Roof Systems to ensure correct application procedures are followed. This is an outdoor position that requires extensive traveling to job sites. This individual performs warranty inspections and conducts training sessions for roofing contractor personnel. This position reports to the Regional Technical Manager. Salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Training of applicators to properly and efficiently install Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems in an effort to ensure quality and contractor profitability. Provide training to others as needed.
- Overseeing the application process by attending job starts and performing in-progress project visits to monitor and enforce proper installation. Assure that application is in accordance with good roofing practices and Sarnafil specifications through documentation with field reports. Help to resolve installation problems and issues as they arise.
- Conducting final inspections for technical acceptance for warranty issuance.
- Act as the liaison between the applicator, General contractor, consultant, architect, building owner, and Sarnafil during the installation process.
- Advising Technical Manager concerning progress, issues, problems project needs.

Client"s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support operations at our Syracuse, NY manufacturing facility. This role focuses on managing accurate and timely receipt of incoming materials, components, and supplies. The Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for verifying documentation, transacting receipts in SAP/WMS systems, directing put-away activities, and resolving discrepancies related to inbound shipments. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting production flow, and upholding Client's quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse receiving operations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure smooth material handling and storage processes.
What you"ll do:
* Drive and implement safety policies and programs to ensure a secure working environment. Hold the workforce accountable for the same.
* Complete shipping or receiving documentation for raw materials, components, supplies and finished goods.
* Provide instructions to the workforce on proper marking, stenciling and order coordination.

* Administer our quality policy by placing suspect material on hold or have material picked, pulled, or shipped based on quality issues and actions to be taken to resolve.

Role Description:
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to ensure our projects are delivered successfully and on time. This position will provide direct on-site supervision and overall management of commercial construction projects. The successful candidate must possess the knowledge, experience, and confidence to engage and professionally interact with design professionals, consultants and clients while successfully directing subcontractors and other construction related personnel in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget. This position requires strict adherence to quality standards and ensures the safety and security of the construction site. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and fulfill an integral role on our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop the overall critical path schedule with the Project Manager prior to construction and manage that schedule throughout the project including the creation and maintenance of look-ahead schedules. Identify schedule slips and correct independently or in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project.
- Perform constructability reviews and inform the Project Manager of any errors, discrepancies, and omissions or challenges with the building design and sequencing.
- Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each relevant subcontractor.
- Set up the Redev CNY field office appropriate for the project which may include a job trailer(s), storage container(s), chemical toilet(s), temporary fencing and security, project and safety signage, parking accommodations, and doors and locks for use during construction.
- Conduct preconstruction meetings with all subcontractors prior to beginning each phase of work.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with all members of the project team including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure they are informed of relevant project information.
- 100% of our work is subcontracted out. Schedule and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and utilities using the critical path schedule to ensure timely project completion.
- Control all day-to-day site activities and complete daily logs to document progress and/or challenges on site.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor & safety meetings.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and orderly field office and job site. - Ensure the project site is kept clean and in a safe working environment.
- Coordinate and direct independent testing and inspections as required.
- Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control to ensure conformance with contract documents.
- Documents “as-built” drawing conditions on a routine basis by all trades during the construction period.
- Schedule and coordinate all progress and final municipal inspections. Clearly display construction permits in the building and/or field office.
- Conduct project related meetings including but not limited to pre-construction conferences with subcontractors and suppliers, subcontractor meetings, and sending various forms of written correspondence.
- Perform light hands-on field work as required to meet project or schedule requirements.
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in construction related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 10 years commercial construction experience including supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
