POSITION SUMMARY: A Driver- CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck, and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers.
In addition, a Driver – CDL (B) is responsible for ensuring his or her vehicle is in compliance with the Company's safety standards prior to operating the vehicle, ensures that all Company, state and federal regulations are adhered to at all times while operating the vehicle, and completes vehicle condition reports ("VCRs") on a daily basis to ensure that any vehicle defects are repaired in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order.
Report any safety issues on standard reports.
Safely operate his or her heavy truck along his or her designated route and to the disposal site; read route sheet, follow map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by the dispatcher and/or supervisor.
Operate manual and/or automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures to lift and load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility.
Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner.
Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag containers in accordance with applicable departmental procedures.
Continuously monitor waste for evidence of unacceptable waste.
Clean area around an accidental waste spill, ensuring adherence to all applicable safety standards and policies.
Continuously monitor the condition of the vehicle to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimize down time; clean waste from the packer blade and truck body (where appropriate) on each disposal trip.
Complete required route/productivity sheets, VCRs and other reports, as required.
Maintain adherence to required productivity standards for the department to ensure all customers are serviced in a timely and efficient manner.
Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
Actively participate in the Company's ReSOP program.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Description:
Would like to have someone start April 13 and cover a maternity leave through August.

REQUIREMENTS;
• Masters Degree + 5 years professional liability claims experience, or bachelor’s degree with 10 years professional liability claims experience
• Experience Medical Malpractice claims and litigation.
Prefers experience with commercial insurance.
• Claims management or paralegal background experience Preferred
Background preferred for candidate in order of most importance: Insurance claims, Healthcare risk management, and Litigation. The best candidate would have a combination of insurance and litigation experience.
Specifically, we would want someone with experience handling medical professional liability matters, such as physician professional liability, hospital professional liability, institutional professional liability, and allied health professional liability. General healthcare malpractice experience would be suitable as well.
This person will manage the insurance claim and help support counsel. This person will not be directly managing litigation. We have defense counsel that does that.
General Summary
Provides risk management services to System entities. Evaluates the risk of financial or property losses and arranges for appropriate insurance coverage for such losses. Oversees the claims process, including managing activities, documents, and files related to handling and settling claims, as well as ensuring that each claim is handled promptly, appropriately, and in accordance with company policy. Manages day-to-day operations of claims function and provide general oversight and direction of all litigation and claims activity. Assumes the duties and responsibilities of the Risk Manager in their absence.

Essential Functions:
• Responds to questions concerning risk management and claims that may arise. Conducts and participates in Root Cause Analyses and risk assessments such as PRAs, FMEAs, etc. upon request and as needed.
• Participates in the WSH Accreditation/Risk Management on-call rotation.
• Reviews event reports daily. As requested, assists the entity patient safety officer in the event of investigation and in decisions concerning regulatory reporting issues.
• Conducts educational sessions on risk issues for the various entities as necessary.
• Investigates allegations of inappropriate treatment/care which results in injury (or alleged injury) to a patient/visitor and determines next steps.
• Drives proficiencies in claims processes and investigations to reduce litigation costs by tracking, reviewing, and analyzing newly litigated cases. Determines the complexity and value of litigated claims for possible resolution, attending trial as needed. Reviews and analyzes initial case assessment and legal strategy and assists in the development of litigation strategy.
• Collaborates with leadership to develop reporting metrics (for example, reporting metrics packet) and develops reports and communicates results of current and potential litigation trends to leadership, including, but not limited to, communicating updates such as pre-trial reminders, daily trial updates, and summaries of cases where an increase in indemnity reserves is being requested, as well as any other critical updates.
• Identifies, gathers, and preserves discovery items, or items requested by defense counsel that will assist with an investigation, related to existing or potential litigation.
• Manages and oversees outside counsel on litigation, discovery matters, litigation costs, negotiations, and settlement agreements by identifying and assigning counsel to handle claims.
• Reviews and approves outside counsel invoices to ensure billable hours are appropriate for each case and rejects incorrect invoices and follows up with outside counsel when there are questions with respect to such invoices.
• Directs the preparation and maintenance of department reports. Prepares periodic reports for top management, as required.
• Provides management services to the WellSpan reciprocal Risk Retention Group, and coordinates activities of governing board, attorneys, and consultants.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, coordination, and financial control of mechanical construction projects. 1. Review of Plans & Specifications

2. Project Planning & Scheduling

3. Coordination

4. Site Management
- Communicate project scope, methods, and schedule to field staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee daily logs, material usage, and manpower reports generated by the Foreman or Superintendent.
- Manage weekly manpower scheduling and site execution strategy.
5. Office Management
- Supervise and support the assigned Project Assistant to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Route all equipment and material submissions through the Project Assistant for efficient tracking.
- Coordinate with VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) and Prefabrication teams for accurate submittals and production alignment.
6. Purchasing
- Purchase major project materials and ensure alignment with specifications and budget.
- Approve pricing and specifications for materials procured by the purchasing department.
- Assign and communicate budget codes to the Project Assistant for PO entry and tracking.
7. Change Order Management
- Identify, develop, and negotiate change orders for out-of-scope work.
- Coordinate with Accounting for accurate billing and tracking of approved changes.
8. Subcontractor Management
- Select and hire subcontractors based on cost, capability, and project fit.
- Monitor subcontractor performance for quality, schedule adherence, and labor law compliance.
9. Payment & Time Approvals
- Review and approve vendor and subcontractor payments in Viewpoint.
- Ensure timely approval of time entries for accurate payroll processing.
10. Project Closeout
- Oversee the substantial and final completion phases, including the creation and resolution of punch lists.
- Submit documentation of completed work or provide justification for incomplete items not within MYCO’s scope.
Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical construction project management experience, preferred.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, and scheduling.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Viewpoint, Procore)
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with BIM/VDC and prefabrication workflows.

- Align MYCO’s project schedule with the GC/CM’s master schedule and other trades.
- Participate in and represent MYCO in all scheduled project meetings.
- Adapt to changing site conditions, RFIs, weather, and unforeseen delays.
4. Site Management
- Communicate project scope, methods, and schedule to field staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee daily logs, material usage, and manpower reports generated by the Foreman or Superintendent.
- Manage weekly manpower scheduling and site execution strategy.
5. Office Management
- Supervise and support the assigned Project Assistant to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Route all equipment and material submissions through the Project Assistant for efficient tracking.
- Coordinate with VDC (Virtual Design & Construction) and Prefabrication teams for accurate submittals and production alignment.
6. Purchasing
- Purchase major project materials and ensure alignment with specifications and budget.
- Approve pricing and specifications for materials procured by the purchasing department.
- Assign and communicate budget codes to the Project Assistant for PO entry and tracking.
7. Change Order Management
- Identify, develop, and negotiate change orders for out-of-scope work.
- Coordinate with Accounting for accurate billing and tracking of approved changes.
8. Subcontractor Management
- Select and hire subcontractors based on cost, capability, and project fit.
- Monitor subcontractor performance for quality, schedule adherence, and labor law compliance.
9. Payment & Time Approvals
- Review and approve vendor and subcontractor payments in Viewpoint.
- Ensure timely approval of time entries for accurate payroll processing.
10. Project Closeout
- Oversee the substantial and final completion phases, including the creation and resolution of punch lists.
- Submit documentation of completed work or provide justification for incomplete items not within MYCO’s scope.
Qualifications:
- Previous mechanical construction project management experience, preferred.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction documents, codes, and scheduling.
