The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our commercial litigation department, providing comprehensive support to our attorneys and contributing to our ongoing cases.

This role involves extensive legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing litigation support.

Job Details Qualifications: 1.

A Bachelor's degree is required; a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is highly desirable.

2.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation.

3.

Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.

4.

Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents, correspondence, and reports.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

6.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.

7.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and case management software.

8.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
