Contribute feedback to and follow HR practices and processes to serve plant management and employees. Set HR priorities. - Provide HR leadership and guidance to influence plant management on HR priorities and items.

Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
Experience
- 6+ years HR experience required
- 4+ years experience within a Manufacturing setting required
- Experience working through complex employee relations
