Job Details Qualifications: 1.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably in a law firm setting.
3.
Active membership in the state bar.
4.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
5.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6.
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
7.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
9.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
