IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee Microsoft 365 (Accounts, Licensing, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, MFA, Device Mgmt.).
• Manage and maintain our Azure environment, including administration of virtual servers (VMs), resource groups, storage, networking, backups, security controls, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation support for helpdesk in partnership with our co-managed MSP.
• Maintain and manage IT inventory, tracking asset lifecycles, ensuring licensing compliance, optimizing usage, and coordinating procurement and disposal to control costs and reduce waste.
• Maintain oversight and provide support for network infrastructure, firewalls, VoIP, and connectivity.
• Support and oversee all aspects of IT Project Management.
• Oversee JAMF and manage our fleet of Apple devices.
• Own and continuously optimize our existing AI ecosystem, including Claude and MS Copilot; champion a culture of security awareness and responsible AI adoption while ensuring effective cost governance and budget accountability.
• Ensure strong endpoint management, patching compliance, and lifecycle planning.
• Support and optimize Power BI, Power Automate and other business-critical SaaS platforms.
• Lead technology due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage risk assessments, phishing simulations, incident response planning, and security audits.
• Align policies with recognized security frameworks, data privacy standards and compliance standards such as NIST.

Vendor & Financial Management

• Lead and hold accountable our co-managed MSP and telecom partners through clear KPIs and SLAs.
• Equipment Purchases, negotiate contracts, optimize licensing, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage annual IT operating and capital budgets.
• Conduct ROI and cost-benefit analysis on technology investments.
• Maintain enterprise-wide asset inventory and licensing compliance.

Business Partnership

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical providers.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations.

We’re searching for a Remote Assistance Specialist who will play a crucial role in expanding the

remote operations team. This person will be responsible for safely monitoring and resolving trigger

requests from fleet vehicles across public roads and closed course testing sites.

• Respond to and resolve in a timely manner a variety of trigger requests from the autonomous vehicle
• Safely send remote commands to autonomous vehicles for on road and closed course testing
• Log real time feedback regarding autonomy and platform performance during testing, to be delivered to engineers

• Extensive hands-on experience with UPS platforms from major OEMs such as Schneider Electric/APC, MGE, Eaton, Toshiba/Mitsubishi, Vertiv/Liebert, or equivalent manufacturers.
• Deep working knowledge of power distribution systems including switchgear, transformers, PDUs, RPPs, bus duct, and battery systems (VRLA, lithium-ion).

• Manage vendor and contractor relationships for equipment servicing, warranty claims, emergency callouts, and capital improvement projects.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, as-built documentation, battery test logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all critical power systems.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and serve as a first responder for power-related facility alarms and emergency events.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, NEC, and all applicable codes and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in critical power systems, with a strong emphasis on UPS field service, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Extensive hands-on experience with UPS platforms from major OEMs such as Schneider Electric/APC, MGE, Eaton, Toshiba/Mitsubishi, Vertiv/Liebert, or equivalent manufacturers.
• Deep working knowledge of power distribution systems including switchgear, transformers, PDUs, RPPs, bus duct, and battery systems (VRLA, lithium-ion).
• Demonstrated experience with automatic transfer switches (ATS) and static transfer switches (STS), including testing, maintenance, and failure response.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and redline single-line diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in switching operations, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and energized work procedures in compliance with NFPA 70E.
• Strong vendor and OEM relationship management skills with established networks in the critical power ecosystem.
• Excellent documentation habits and experience working within formal change management and MOP frameworks.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

• Background spanning multiple critical power OEMs and/or manufacturer’s representative organizations, providing broad product knowledge across competing platforms.
• Prior experience in a data center, colocation, or mission-critical facility environment (owner-operator, hyperscale, or enterprise).
• Experience in field operations leadership, including scheduling, dispatching, and managing service delivery teams.
• Familiarity with generator paralleling systems, medium-voltage distribution, and utility interconnection.
• Relevant certifications such as Journeyman or Master Electrician license, NFPA 70E certification, OEM factory training certifications, or BICSI credentials.
• Electrical Engineering degree, Electrical Technology degree, or equivalent technical training (military technical training fully valued).
• Experience supporting commissioning, capacity expansion, or new-build critical infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with BMS/EPMS platforms (Schneider EcoStruxure, Vertiv Trellis, or similar).
• U.S. military service with technical MOS/rating experience is a recognized asset.

Work Environment

• On-site role based at our client’s Houston, Texas data center campus.
• Participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work on ladders, and operate in environments with elevated noise and temperature.
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including arc-flash rated clothing when performing energized work.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and technical requirements
• Manage and maintain the Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, including story prioritization and grooming
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning, execution oversight, and issue tracking
• Provide sprint summaries and milestone updates to business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate with business users to manage testing, feedback cycles, and feature rollouts

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove blockers and support the team to maintain delivery momentum
• Monitor team velocity, sprint health, and workflow improvements
• Promote Agile best practices and foster a collaborative team environment
• Support the Product Owner with sprint goals and stakeholder alignment

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Analyst and Scrum Master roles within digital or website environments
• Strong experience with enterprise websites and digital marketing platforms
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is required
• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, or Adobe Target is a plus
• Knowledge of UX best practices, SEO fundamentals, QA/testing workflows, and digital analytics
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar backlog management tools
• Ability to write clear user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Agile certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) preferred
