Position Overview:
The Finishing Technician supports daily manufacturing operations in the areas of safety, product quality, throughput, and workplace organization. This role performs hands on finishing, patching and repairing parts within the process flow of ceramics-based finished goods. The technician will use visual magnification techniques and equipment and machines to assist in the validation of production to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Finish intricate, ceramic components by removing or repairing various types of visual and feature indications with precision tools and techniques.
* Perform in-process and final inspections using calibrated instruments and visual standards to ensure dimensional accuracy and cosmetic quality.
* Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Achieve team production and efficiency goals by meeting or exceeding operational and quality standards.
* Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to resolve build or process issues and support continuous improvement.
* Work cross functionally to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to promote a culture of teamwork and efficiency such as assisting in develop and execution of engineering experiments as requested. Communicate effectively with production leadership, Quality, and Engineering to identify and resolve production issues.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with 6S and EHS policies and adherence to PPE and chemical hygiene protocols.
* Follow all PPE safety rules and policies for a safety-first culture such as safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, and lab coats in designated areas.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent certification/proven work experience.
* 0+ years of work experience in manufacturing, or another related field.
* Experience in a fast paced or additive manufacturing environment a plus. Exposure to using various lab instrumentation and test equipment a plus.
* Ability to pass standard vision and hearing test as part of pre-employment testing.
* High level of attention to detail and dexterity to perform work on detailed surfaces with repetitive small hand movements
* Comfortable working with hazardous materials in a controlled environment.
Other Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
* Ability to work individually and in a team environment to achieve company deadlines accurately and efficiently.
* Experience with adherence to 6S standards and in a regulated safety and operational procedure environment.
* Ability to follow work and safety instructions and perform standard operating procedures with basic autonomy. Ability to follow accurately SOPs, work instructions, and SDS (Safety Data Sheet) documentation.
* Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction and multiplication.
* Basic experience with Microsoft Office Suite products, and database systems (Oracle) to record production workflow for continuous manufacturing of operations for efficiency and equipment output.
* Ability to perform intermittent movement up and down stairs throughout a shift in a lab and manufacturing environment.
* Ability to sit for long periods of time in front of a microscope doing repetitive motions.
* Occasional flexibility in schedule to meet production demands due to time sensitive operations.

- Collaborate with Shaker City Schools (and other school districts) on appropriate service placement of children with developmental challenges and special needs.
FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT
- Manage all fiscal operations, including the center’s budget, tuition, and grants.
- Oversee building vendors and suppliers.
- Innovation and Professional Development
- Partner with staff to identify and fulfill training needs based on teacher evaluations, professional development plans, and observations.
- Consistently reinforce and manage the integration of technology at all staff levels.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to keep the center at the forefront of the early care and education fields.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Highly proficient in child development principles, best practices in early care and education, and the latest parenting trends.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated success managing government grants and contracts.
- Board of Director (or other governance board) accountability.
- Highly proficient developing and managing non-profit budgets.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s in early childhood education or related field, or equivalent experience and education.
- State Career Pathway Level 5
- At least 5 years of experience in the management of an early care and education facility at the Assistant Director, Director, Executive, or Administrative level.
- Experience working in a tiered quality rating system.

The Care Promoter, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is dedicated to the health and well-being of our patients. The overall duties and responsibilities of this role may vary slightly depending on the market and size, location and patient volume of their assigned center. The incumbent in this role is an integral member of a Physician-led care team that is focused on providing excellent and comprehensive primary care for a specific population of patients. He/She guides patient through complex and routine medical and social challenges in a manner that fosters trust and respect between the patient and the care team.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides general nursing care, under supervision, so that physicians and clinicians can focus on more specialized areas in patient care.
Assists with exams or procedures, patient education and maintenance of medical records.
Compiles patient health information, takes and records vital statistics, takes blood pressure and conducts other basic care treatments. Records patients' medical history and other information such as test results in the medical record.
Prepares patients for examination; assists physician with exams; explains treatment procedures, medications, diet and physicians' instructions to patient; provides disease specific patient education.
Draws blood (phlebotomy) and collects other lab specimens; performs waived lab tests.
Prepares and administers medications ordered by the physician, fills pill boxes as ordered by the physician, changes dressings, applies bandages, removes sutures and other first aid procedures, performs IV Therapy in accordance with State Practice act; uses CPR skills when necessary.
Screens calls and walk ins; collects pertinent clinical information and relays it to the physician, implements orders as appropriate and documents observations and interventions in the medical record.
Maintains supplies & equipment and stocks and sterilizes instruments; practices OSHA safety standards; performs accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times.
Upon physician approval and authorization, calls in prescriptions to the pharmacy. Uses communication skills with appropriate medical terminology; and follows appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct. Completes internal certification to use the ChenMed Rx system to support physician medication dispensing.
Processes patient phone messages, returns calls and routes them to other team members as appropriate. Contacts patients to obtain and relay pertinent information from the physician.
Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Excellent clinical skills to identify, diagnose and appropriately resolve patient issues
Good non-clinical skills to assist with dressing, physical exercise, restroom visits, etc. as needed
Good motor skills to effectively calibrate equipment, manipulate intravenous equipment, administer injections, position and transport patients when needed
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with team members, including physicians, clinicians, front desk staff, center managers, and market leaders

Skill in operating phones, personal computer, software and other IT systems. Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of reports and data

Good time management to ensure tasks are completed timely and efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software
Ability and willingness to travel locally and regionally up to 10% of the time
Spoken and written fluency in English
Flexible to work evening, weekends and/or holidays as needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Graduation from a nationally accredited school for practical or vocational nursing required
Current, active LPN license to practice in state of employment required
If required by employment State’s Board of Nursing, IV Therapy Certification required
A minimum of 1 year of work experience as an LPN required
A minimum of 3 years overall clinical experience is preferred
Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus
EMR system experience is preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required w/in first 90 days of employment
High school diploma or equivalent required
PAY RANGE:
$20.2 - $28.83 HourlyThe posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
