With minimum supervision, the Multi-Modality Technologist will competently function in two (2) or more modalities within the Imaging Department. This can include Diagnostic Radiology, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Special Procedures, Nuclear Medicine, or Mammography. Performs various technical procedures requiring independent judgment and is responsible for designated areas or procedures as needed or assigned in two (2) or more modalities.

Responsibilities:

Summary: The Catheterization Laboratory Technician II is an experienced member of the cath lab team, proficient in supporting a wide range of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
This role involves meticulous preparation of the lab, equipment, and supplies, ensuring accurate patient documentation, and maintaining a stringent sterile technique throughout procedures.
The Technician II also serves as a valuable resource and preceptor for junior technicians and technologists, sharing expertise in advanced procedures and technology while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and departmental efficiency.

Trains and completes competencies to set up and operate cath lab equipment including, but not limited to: imaging (intravascular ultrasound-IVUS, intracardiac echo-ICE), contrast injector, hemodynamic system, intra-aortic balloon pump, rotational atherectomy, thrombectomy, left ventricular assist device, etc.
Supports and anticipates the needs of the physician and ensures patient safety when scrubbing procedures; moves/pans table appropriately during fluoro and X-Ray acquisition.
Adheres to aseptic technique 100% of the time during procedures and stops the line if a break in sterile technique is identified.
Adheres to organizational policies and processes related to patient safety, patient privacy, infection control (hand hygiene), and patient communication before, during, and after procedure.

Responsibilities: Perform a variety of high-quality ultrasound procedures including all vascular studies under minimal supervision utilizing diagnostic ultrasound imaging equipment.
Documents calibration procedures for individual imaging equipment.
Coordinates, organizes, plans and makes quick decisions on emergent cases; evaluates and acts to maintain efficiency and maximize productivity.
Assists the Radiologist in performing invasive biopsy procedures using the Ultrasound system to pinpoint exact anatomical location(s) of a specified diseased area for specimen evaluation and diagnosis.
Perform all vascular ultrasound exams requested.
Ensures that all procedures are accurately charged and that all charges are turned in at the end of the day for correct billing.
Ensures that the Ultrasound room is adequately supplied, check equipment and computer status for readiness, reports any problems that could change the workflow and make sure corrective actions are taken to ensure of workflow continuity.
Demonstrates competence to perform assigned patient care responsibilities in a way that meets the age-specific and developmental needs of persons served by the department.

Summary:The Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist will perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures, will provide support for other imaging technologists as needed, and help to facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow.

Summary:
Responsible for the pulmonary care of critical, non-critical, and chronically ill adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients under the direction of a physician with minimal supervision. Performs patient assessments and institutes respiratory care plans. Performs various technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures in all areas of the hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Emergency (Code Blue and White) response;
• Airway management including nasotracheal & endotracheal suctioning;
• Delivery of aerosolized drugs;

• Airway support device management including BiPAP and CPAP devices;
• Oxygen delivery devices and therapeutic monitoring;
• Chest film analysis;
• Bloodgas collection and analysis;

• Cleaning and stocking of equipment and supplies as necessary;
• Participate in CAP and JC surveys.
• RRTs may function as Shift Leader or serve in the capacity of Team Leader
• Advanced practice skills may include:
• Therapeutic gas management and monitoring, including INO and HeO2;
• Pulmonary Function Testing;
• Bronchoscopy assist;
• Hemodynamic Monitoring;
• Waveform analysis;
