The Sales Account Executive, Occupational Health will be a field-based position focused on the acquisition, ongoing management, and growth of B2B corporate accounts throughout New Jersey and New York. This role partners with employers and organizational leaders to develop Occupational Medicine and Workers’ Compensation services, enhance the quality of offerings, drive departmental growth, and improve the overall employer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate the value of CityMD and Summit Health Occupational Medicine and Workers’ Compensation services toB2B corporate clients to drive volume and revenue growth.
- Apply a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and pain points, and provide tailored solutions from the various offerings
- Actively prospect to identify qualified leads, acquire new corporate accounts, and increase business of existing account relationships
- Build and manage new business pipeline and track all activity in Salesforce, allowing for accurate forecasting to hit sales targets
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts and strengthen employer relationships through strategic account management, including calls and in-person business review meetings.
- Leverage existing book of business to identify key stakeholders in multispecialty/referral process to expand Workers’ Compensation utilization to Summit Health
- Engage payer and third-party administrator stakeholders to develop key relationships with nurse case managers and adjusters to position Summit Health as their preferred provider network
- Serve as point of contact for corporate accounts, serving as their liaison to CityMD and Summit Health as immediate resource for support
- Conduct meetings with prospective and current clients virtually as well as in the field, including company offices/facilities and CityMD/Summit Health site locations
- Log all activities and lead/account information daily using CRM (Salesforce)
- Meet and/or exceed sales KPIs and goals, defined by leadership, through new business and retention sales efforts
- Work closely with other departments including but not limited to Operations, Academy, Medical Operations, Aftercare, IT, Analytics, Billing and Marketing to meet client needs, drive volume and ensure seamless operation processes for customer experience
- Participate in special events including but not limited to health fairs, promotional events and conferences

Qualifications:
A candidate’s qualifications will include:

RTI International is seeking self-motivated and outgoing individuals to work on an important and long-standing government-sponsored study, the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), as Part-Time Field Interviewers.
The National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG), conducted by the federal government since 1973, is a national survey of women and men, 15-49 years of age, designed to provide national estimates of factors affecting pregnancy and birth rates, and general reproductive health. The topics covered in the NSFG are sensitive but extremely important for understanding women’s and men’s health and well-being in the United States.
The NSFG interview covers sexual activity, contraceptive use, pregnancy history (including pregnancy loss), infertility, relationship experience, (including marriages and cohabitation), use of medical services (including family planning, infertility services, and preventative health care), and experience with adoption and foster care. For more information on the NSFG research project and requirements, please see: Interviewers will make face-to-face visits to selected households to screen for eligible respondents and conduct in-person NSFG interviews. Given the survey description above, these interviews require asking sensitive questions to selected respondents in a private setting using a project-provided tablet.

Summit Health is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to work collaboratively with a team of 2 Interventional Radiologists and 1 IR Physician Assistant. Interventional Radiology or Surgical experience preferred but training will be provided. Responsibilities include performing minimally invasive procedures, seeing patients in the hospital and clinic setting and participating in department quality improvement activities. Responsibilities include:
Assist with all interventional radiology procedures as directed by IR.
Injection, exchange and removal of drainage catheters to include GU and GI drains.
Imaging guided thoracentesis and paracentesis.
Perform vascular access placements and removals including PICCs, Ports, tunneled lines.
Perform arthrocentesis and joint injections under imaging guidance.
Seeing new consults in clinic and hospital setting. Arrange for follow up as necessary.

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. Additionally, they will possess excellent customer service skills and polished marketing and sales acumen to cultivate current office targets and develop new healthcare provider relationships within those offices. These skill sets will also be critical in educating on the clinical profile and first-in-class value of assigned products, addressing questions and concerns, and identifying signals of adoption. Furthermore, they will demonstrate the ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, and navigate pharmacy and insurance landscapes to support account needs.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Ensure high level of coordination, communication, and collaboration with field-based representative counterparts and field-based Regional Sales Manager. Ensuring that efforts are aligned and coordinated to provide a superior customer experience.
- Coordinate regularly with field-based counterparts to ensure seamless execution of customer interactions and scheduling as appropriate.
- Complete tasks and participate in projects as assigned by the field based Regional Sales Manager, as needed.
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners and team leadership regarding account sentiment, adoption signals, and opportunities for increased engagement.
- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
- Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.
- Cultivate an assigned virtual territory in alignment with field strategy and be accountable for measurable business results and engagement outcomes.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR equivalent experience
- 1+ year of sales experience in an outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales role in a healthcare or pharma field required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook required with the ability to learn new software as needed.
- Excellent communication & rapport building skills.
- Ability to articulate complex clinical data.
- Ability to learn complex medical topics, industry compliance guidelines, patient assistance programs, pharmacy, and insurance landscapes.
- Aptitude and confidence to converse with physicians, as well as all levels of medical office staff.
- Stable internet connection adequate to support voice over VoIP calls and virtual calls platforms.

Job Summary
The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring safe, accurate, and effective medication use through comprehensive review, dispensing, sterile compounding, clinical interventions, drug information support, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. This role supports hospital operations and promotes optimal patient outcomes across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Profiling & Transcribing
- Review patient profiles for appropriateness based on age, diagnosis, comorbidities, labs, allergies, height/weight/BSA, pregnancy/lactation status.
- Transcribe and verify all medication orders—including specialized and protocol-driven orders—for accuracy in drug, dose, route, and frequency.
- Recommend therapeutic alternatives when necessary.
2. Medication Dispensing
- Dispense medications, prescriptions, and miscellaneous pharmaceutical items accurately and promptly.
- Process phone, window, fax, and electronic requests professionally and efficiently.
- Source medications economically while considering inpatient vs. outpatient status.
- Sign all associated paperwork and labels legibly.
3. Medication Checking
- Perform accurate unit-dose checks and update patient profiles as needed.
- Verify medications stocked in automated dispensing machines and floor stock areas.
- Check IVs, batch preparations, patient-owned meds, repackaged items, and extemporaneous compounds.
- Inspect crash cart trays, rapid response kits, and emergency supplies.
4. Sterile Compounding
- Prepare and supervise aseptic compounding of IVs, including chemotherapy agents.
- Manage batched IV medication levels to prevent waste and support efficiency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of sterile technique, TPN compounding, and hazardous drug handling.
- Complete all required documentation and labeling.
5. Clinical Functions
- Participate in clinical initiatives and therapeutic monitoring.
- Document clinical interventions and clarification activities.
- Support Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee initiatives.
- Identify and eliminate duplicate or inappropriate therapies.
- Convert non-formulary requests to formulary medications when appropriate.
6. Drug Information
- Provide accurate drug information to physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and patients/families.
- Utilize and interpret drug information resources effectively.
7. Performance Improvement & Customer Service
- Answer phones and service windows promptly and courteously.
- Independently troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Participate in performance improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support departmental and system-wide projects, teams, and committees.
- Professionally supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians.
8. Education & Training
- Complete all required competencies.
- Participate in training programs for new and current staff, pharmacy students, and residents.
- Stay current with literature, new medications, and evolving therapies.
- Encouraged to maintain active membership in relevant professional organizations.
Skills & Experience
- Preferred: 2+ years of hospital pharmacy experience.
