The Reset Specialist is responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, for increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet and for supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach

  • Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Experience working in a restaurant or retail environment (preferred, not required)
  • The ability to work a fluid schedule and be available during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts)
  • General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (e.g. Google G-Suite)
  • Stand and walk for the duration of an assigned shift
  • Lift up to 49 pounds
  • Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays

* Giving studio tours

* Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout

* Selling memberships to help the studio thrive

* Following up on prospective clients

* Handling members' concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution

* Participating in marketing and outreach events

* Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
