How You'll Contribute:
This Service Delivery Manager (SDM) be responsible for successfully representing and leading highly talented On-Site Audio-Visual Support Teams.
The SDM will manage on-site team personnel and act as a liaison to Diversified to ensure the employee feels part of Diversified while working on site daily at client location.
What You'll Do:
- Manage U. S. On Site Audio Visual team personnel and act as liaison between the client and Diversified ensuring that employees feel they are part of Diversified while still working every day at client site.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the client SOW requirements, as it relates to the talents and skills needed to deliver. Responsible for delivery of services with On Site personnel. Interview and place candidates for Service clients. Write and modify job descriptions, post, interview for skills and fit.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to create standards for employee onboarding to deliver committed to On Site Services. Ensure employee logistics, set client expectations, hours of operations and manage overtime and billing. Oversee onboarding activities such as badging, security requirements, etc.
- Develop training plans to ensure team members are meeting their KPIs within client needs and committed SOW. Manage overall SLA compliance for service to monitor and track performance. Manage and Schedule operations to Ensure action items are being administered/performed timely and efficiently.
- Provide expertise in transforming client requirements into actionable operational trackable deliverables, be the Central point of reporting for service-related activity across the enterprise.
- SDM will provide insight/reporting of onsite activities. Host Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present our SLAs, overall project(s) status, next quarter focus, areas that need attention.
- Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the event production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads). Specific metrics such as number of meeting requests, break-fix cases and A/V room sweeps including client user survey comments are pulled from the client ticketing system and AV dashboards to show performance statistics for all Diversified AV technicians as well as all client sites with AV case requests globally.
- Ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
- Ensure proper accounting of resources, bill rates, utilization and tracking is in place.
- Provide insight, coaching and professional development to team to enhance knowledge and technical skills. Employee development and mentoring of professional goals for individual contributors.
- Contract Management for Internal Diversified Coordination & Deliverables.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 5+ years in an Audio Visual/Video operations, Account management, Productions, Studio Operations Management, technology managerial role or similar is required.
- 5+ years of experience in onsite service delivery
- 2+ years management, leadership of onsite service personnel + P&L responsibility
- Familiarity with AV Systems and Meeting Support
- Experience with recruitment, employee management, and general HR concepts preferred.

You will drive the vehicle-level design, testing, and integration of avionics hardware, including computing, sensing, actuation, communication, power, and display systems. You will work across engineering teams and will implement an electrical system design that meets system-level and certification requirements. You will be the owner of multiple components (IMUs, air data computers, batteries) and will be responsible for how they are installed in the aircraft, verified, and certified at the aircraft level.

As a System Integration Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will work on a team with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, reporting to the system integration engineering manager. This is a small team of highly motivated people designing, testing, and flying advanced automated systems. We enjoy combining mechanical and electrical hardware and getting it onto an aircraft safely and quickly.
Responsibilities
In your role as a system integration engineer, you will get to own vehicle level projects through the planning, design, and testing phases of development. You will own a large breadth of projects from primary flight control hardware, data acquisition hardware, hardware in the loop testing, ground station development, and integration with the software and human machine interface teams. You will be responsible for performing system design, test, and installation readiness reviews which will require defining system bring up testing and pre flight functional testing requirements.
Basic Success Criteria
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent industry experience
2+ Years of industry experience designing, integrating, and testing electromechanical systems
Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
Experience using system design fundamentals
Experience reading electrical wiring schematics
Experience testing systems for proper performance
Experience writing and running code

As a Flight Software Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will automate the operation of highly complex aircraft systems. Our Flight Software teams are deeply involved in all aspects of the development and certification of the Reliable Robotics autonomy stack, and play a central role in bringing our aircraft to life.
Responsibilities
As a Flight Software Engineer, you will develop highly deterministic C++ software in a bare metal environment that works with sensors & control systems, robustly handles system faults, and integrates with other vehicle subsystems. You'll drive requirements and implement excellent unit tests. You'll also have the opportunity to work directly with flight hardware in the lab and on the plane, plan flight testing, and watch your code fly an aircraft.

As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be a part of our Radar Engineering team. The Radar Engineering team is comprised of a small cross functional team of motivated and experienced engineers; we're responsible for designing, building, and testing cutting edge phased array radar systems from concept to certified product. Responsibilities
In your role as a Radar Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing phased array radar systems and developing radar processing algorithms to enable short, long range object tracking, and radar image generation. You will be involved in all phases of development from conception to production, designing your algorithms in Matlab, Python, and implementation in C++ on the target hardware. You will drive the system-level requirements of the phased array radar system, and drive trade studies collaborating with the cross functional teams. You will support the integration of the radar on the aircraft and support data collection and analysis during flight testing. You will be the owner of real-time processing of radar algorithms on an FPGA, DSP-based platform.
Basic Success Criteria
Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related discipline
8+ years of professional hands-on experience with Radar algorithms, radar system design, radar signal processing, integration, and test of a radar system
Ability to use C++, Matlab and Python (Python preferred)
Ability to troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve issues
Pulsed and FMCW processing algorithm development
Experience in airborne radar testing and development

As a Displays Software Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the remote piloting software team. This team is responsible for building the pilot-facing application software that is used to command the aircraft's advanced automation systems - both onboard, and remotely. You will join a team of interdisciplinary and mission-driven engineers with experience across aerospace, robotics, and self-driving vehicles.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Displays Software Engineer, your primary focus will be designing, architecting, and building a variety of real-time user interface applications for controlling our automated aircraft systems. These can range from real-time embedded UIs on aviation-grade hardware to browser-based applications. All of these applications will support our work to build a fully certified system in multiple ways: they will serve as a platform for rapidly prototyping different workflows and designs; they will be directly used in our ongoing experimental test flight programs; and they will ultimately serve as a reference implementation for our certified displays and controls. You will have ownership over the entire lifecycle of these applications, and will work with software engineers and designers within the team, as well as systems engineers and pilots to build systems that are safe, user-centered, and certifiable.
Basic Success Criteria

5+ years of experience developing user-facing software for high-performance or mission-critical applications
