Position Duties: Responsible for applying and removing masking materials on customer parts to ensure protection during various processes . The role involves preparing and setting up masking equipment/tools, performing masking tasks with precision and ensuring all masking operations meet quality and production standards. Example: Imagine there's a part smaller than a penny. You need to hold that part and place a small needle sized plug in a tiny hole on the side. There's 3000 of these parts. The work needs to be accurate, consistent, and done in a timely manner. It's important to note that part sizes and quantities vary (small to large) based on what the customer sends us.
