General Description:

The Restaurant Manager plays a critical leadership role at our KPOT locations, overseeing the success of front-of-house operations. This Restaurant Manager position requires an individual who is highly organized, adept at multitasking, and capable of coaching team members effectively in real-time. The ideal Restaurant Manager will have a strong track record of fostering a culture of exceptional hospitality and will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee front-of-house operations by managing labor via scheduling, bar inventory, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings focused on service, upselling, and brand standards.
• Ensure seamless execution of KPOT service model.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Monitor wait times, table turns, and guest flow.
• Recruit, train, and develop hourly team members. Coach and hold staff accountable to performance standards.
• Drive sales growth and local marketing initiatives
• Maintain expert knowledge of brand standards, plate presentation, recipe adherence, and overall operational procedures.
• Oversee floor operations, shift management, labor cuts, and engage with customers to ensure exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with all health department regulations.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with the Franchise Partner regarding daily operations, service standards, and performance.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Functions

• 5+ years leading full-service restaurant operations and bartending, with a hands-on approach to service and team supervision.
• Holds a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Proficient in POS systems, scheduling software (specifically 7Shifts), purchasing platforms, streamlining daily operations.
• Demonstrate clear, high-level communication skills to effectively lead teams and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Solid experience with P&L management, understanding the relationship between sales, labor, and operational costs.
• Strong communication and a passion for delivering world-class service at every touchpoint.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Push, pull up, or lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally kneeling.
• Comfortable working around grills and hot cooking surfaces.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, timelines, and selection criteria.
• Draft and post compelling job advertisements aligned with company branding.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
• Track recruiting metrics, continuously improving hiring efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for multiple job types and levels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Physical Demands / Work Environment

Title: Security Business Analyst

Location: Lansing, MI – Hybrid

Rate: $60/Hr

Note: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C.

Position Summary

Develops and implements risk policies, standards, and procedures (PSP) per applicable privacy and security framework to address audit gaps. Provides risk and compliance related support to the Security Accreditation Process Team and MDOC Information Security Officer (ISO) in best aligning policies/procedures with relevant Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM). Reviews, analyzes and identifies opportunities and leads to

PSP to reduce policy burden on enterprise and increase the proper alignment across the agency. Properly manages potential policy changes and impacts, risk- based recommendations, and relevant resolution/mitigation plans. Facilitates cross-functional team meetings to best reach agreement on the most effective and sustainable PSP in various risk and compliance areas. Communicates and socializes Security policy and

risk management throughout the organization and gather feedback where appropriate. Manage the processes to streamline PSP.

Candidates must have 1-2+ years with each of the following:

• CJIS
• NIST
• FERPA
• Keylight
• FOIA
• System Security Plans
• Application Security Scanning
• Plan of Action Milestones (POAMs)

A bachelor’s degree is required.

Position Purpose: Customer Service/Sales associates provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance.

These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project.

Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments.

Customer Service/Sales associates maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, and ensure it is clean, shop-able, and safe.

Each associate has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers.

These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments.

Specific store departments may include Building Materials, Dcor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing and Tool Rental.

The Customer Service/Sales position types may include Department Sales, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales, Sales Specialist, Special Services, and Customer Order Specialist.
