Position Responsibilities:

• Set up and perform multicolor decorative silk screen printing operations according to established procedures.

• Align and adjust the silk screen to achieve proper contact and registration, applying paint using the squeegee method.

• Layout, locate, and apply lettering on various instrument panels using silk screening and related processes.

• Liaise with the Decal Area and other departments to coordinate changes, distribution of decals, and maintain perpetual inventory.

• Work from blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions to complete assignments accurately.

• Clean silk screens and maintain tools and equipment to ensure quality printing.

• Mix and match paint to established color samples, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

• Obtain work orders and necessary materials, including inks and substrates, while adhering to safety data sheet guidelines.

• Perform hand setup for contact printing, including loading silk screens and applying ink to substrates.

• Operate the silk screen machine, managing the printing process for multiple colors and ensuring quality control.

• Check ink color using a color spectrometer and make adjustments as needed to match specifications.

• Perform rework and touch-ups on decorative interior parts using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in compliance with safety regulations.

• Maintain records of work performed and refile work packets in the ink room filing cabinet.

• Communicate with team leaders and supervisors regarding job progress, issues, and assistance needed.

Physical Demands and Potential Hazards:

• Perform physical tasks that include lifting weights ranging from 10-15 lbs. to 15-35 lbs.

• Engage in various movements such as reaching, handling, turning, twisting, lifting, lowering, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and squatting.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Performs a variety of back office activities to assist providers in conducting quality clinics, including administering injections, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, quality surveys and various other procedures

Required Qualifications: 

• High School graduate or GED
• Registered or Certified Medical Assistant via Washington State Department of Health or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of employment
• Current CPR and / or BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire
• Access to reliable transportation

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). About the role:

We're seeking an exceptional Content Lead, Marketing, to own all marketing content and serve as the brand voice architect for our wellbeing platform. In this strategic role, you'll develop and maintain foundational marketing language, messaging frameworks, and content standards that drive brand awareness and user acquisition across all audiences and channels.

You'll create comprehensive marketing content spanning digital platforms, PR materials, advertising copy, and thought leadership pieces that resonate with diverse audiences globally. This role requires both brand building expertise and performance marketing acumen, ensuring all content drives measurable business results while maintaining brand consistency.

As the marketing content authority, you'll establish core messaging that other teams adapt for their specific needs while ensuring complete alignment across all content functions.

What you’ll do:

Brand Strategy & Content Development

• Own company-wide marketing content including messaging frameworks and brand positioning
• Develop foundational brand language that scales across teams and initiatives
• Translate company philosophy into accessible, resonant messaging for diverse audiences.

Multi-Channel Content Creation

• Own social media content creation across platforms
• Oversee content writers and establish content standards
• Develop email marketing campaigns and website content
• Create PR materials and external marketing content

Performance & Optimization

• Work with analytics teams on performance measurement and optimization
• Create comprehensive reports on brand impact and content performance
• Optimize content for SEO and user acquisition
• Make data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Ensure alignment across all content functions and teams

Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of proven experience in marketing content creation and brand management
• Expertise in health/wellbeing marketing with understanding of regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated success driving brand awareness and user acquisition through content marketing
• Portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Exceptional writing and creative skills across all marketing formats
• Experience with both brand building and performance marketing strategies
• Advanced proficiency with marketing technology platforms and optimization tools
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and digital advertising
• Experience working across global markets and diverse audiences
• Analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance
• Knowledge of PR, media relations, and thought leadership development

Pay & Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this position starts from $130K yearly. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, location, and internal equity, as permitted by Washington State law. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus/incentive.

Roundglass benefits may include: 120 hours PTO to start (increases with tenure), 9 paid federal holidays + 1 floating holiday, bereavement (up to 3 days), jury duty (up to 2 days), medical/dental/vision (PPO/HSA with employer contribution), EAP (Standard), pet insurance, employer-paid basic life/STD/LTD, and a 401(k) with employer match up to $5,000/year.

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer role is responsible for developing solutions to designing graphics, animations, and visual media. As an individual contributor, this role creates and makes recommendations to improve content that supports learning objectives and uses current and innovative graphic design techniques and strategies.

Key Duties

• With limited direction from Senior Instructional Designer or manager, work independently to manage moderately complex projects, including timelines, development of visual materials, content, scripts, stakeholders, video recording, and audio.
• Apply industry knowledge to design and produce graphics, images, illustrations, animations, and layouts for e-learning modules, training content, or communication bulletins and ensure graphics and designs are consistent with training standards and within the company’s branding and design standards.
• Make recommendations based on design specifications, storyboards, and simulations for graphics or animations that could enhance the learner experience.
• Network with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other team members to develop visually engaging learning materials and facilitate informal and formal reviews.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas to improve the visual impact of learning materials.
• Regularly report on project status and recognize potential problems and promptly report issues to manager or Senior Instructional Designer.
• Take initiative to stay up to date with industry trends and research new technologies to assist in the continued improvement of graphic design and animation, recommending changes required to match or surpass e-learning industry standards.
• Utilize the learning management system (LMS) to upload, test, create and edit course trees, archive courses as needed, and communicate with LMS administrator to ensure adherence to best practices.

Job-Specific Skills, Experience & Education

Required

• 2 years of experience in graphic design within learning and development or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, graphic art, or related discipline, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other design and animation software.
• Proficiency in image/graphic creation and manipulation.
• Experience with one or more eLearning authoring tools such as: Articulate 360 Suite or Adobe Captivate.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and animation projects or other digital material.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain and adhere to project and individual schedules with minimal supervision.
• Ability to quickly analyze the impact of development changes on projects and adjust workload appropriately.
• Ability to act as a consultant regarding all visual learning material needed within Instructional Design and Content Development.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• A recent professional certificate in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related discipline.
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Strong working knowledge in web design.
