Job Description
Training/Base pay rate of $19.00 per hour. The Base rate increases by .50 at sixty days of employment.
We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $23.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months. This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.
If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don't bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay.
However, the earning potential is much higher!
Schedule: 2 days off during the week; during slower season enjoy a four-on, three-off schedule.
Bonus Opportunity: Earn a Trained and Active Bonus of $1500.00 , paid in two installments: $750.00 at 60 days of employment and $750.00 at 6 months.

Job Summary:
The Medical Director has primary responsibility for the clinical oversight and medical management of the Physicians assigned to the designated clinics. The Medical Director ensures that the care delivered by participating Physicians and Providers meets the standard for quality, timeliness, appropriateness, and variances in all the initiatives defined by Innovacare.

Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and/or Geriatric Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted TX license (or willing to obtain)
- Understands Managed Care and Medicare
