Route Sales Training Requirements
- Obtain CDL Permit
- Pass DOT physical and obtain Medical Card
- Attend New Employee Orientation as well as formal sales training.
- Complete day long ride a-longs with members of sales team to learn all aspects of the business.
- Successfully completing training for and obtain a Class A CDL.
- Learn how to properly complete daily DVIR logs and Pre trip/ Post trip inspections daily.
Job Requirements of a Route Salesman
- Operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers.
- Ensure load is stacked, wrapped, and secure each day before leaving PMA and after each stop.
- Collect payments for all cash accounts and obtain signatures of receipt from all customers for all products sold.
- Follow company standard policies and procedures.
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise all products in accordance with company procedure.
- Ensure good customer service by communicating with all parties with business professional attitude.
- Complete all receipts, deposits, and end of day paperwork in accordance with company policy.
- Perform other duties deemed necessary by supervisor.
The best part about this position is that you will be HOME DAILY (no over the road driving is required). You will have an opportunity to earn commissions but have the protection of a minimum guarantee pay.

As a ServiceNow Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and automating the existing infrastructure and supporting processes for the ServiceNow Platform. - Serves as subject matter expert across server operating systems and solutions (Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, AIX, VMWare ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V)
- Troubleshoots and resolves server and virtualization incidents.
- Maintain server patching to address security vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cloud compute architect to design and build functional server environments.
- Provide level 2 escalation support and troubleshooting to resolve complex server incidents and tasks.

The Digital Standards Guide (DSG) team is responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of Securian's enterprise design system - delivering reusable, accessible, and brandaligned UI components used across digital experiences. Our work enables consistency, efficiency, and highquality user experiences by partnering closely with UX, design, accessibility, and product teams. We support the full lifecycle of components, from discovery and design through development, testing, accessibility validation, and documentation.
We are seeking a FrontEnd Development Engineer who is passionate about building accessible, scalable, and usercentered interfaces. In this role, you will develop and support DSG components and patterns that empower product teams across the organization. You will work closely with design, accessibility consultants, and product partners to ensure solutions meet brand standards, usability best practices, and technical excellence.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Develop, test, review, and maintain frontend components and patterns using HTML, CSS/Sass, JavaScript, and ARIA to meet accessibility standards.
Build reusable, flexible, and scalable UI components and patterns aligned to DSG guidelines and Securian's brand.
Support the component lifecycle, including intake, development, QA, accessibility audit, iteration, and release.
Collaboration & Partnership
Work closely with UX designers, accessibility specialists, analytics partners, and product teams to build solutions that meet user needs.
Participate in design reviews, provide engineering perspective, and advise teams adopting DSG components.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with frontend development using HTML, CSS/Sass, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of semantic markup, accessibility fundamentals, and ARIA.
Experience building reusable, maintainable frontend components or UI patterns.
Proficiency with version control systems (preferably Git, GitHub).
Ability to selfmanage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Clear verbal and written communication skills; strong collaboration mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst on our Finance team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
As a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, you will provide administrative
and functional maintenance and support for AMA's financial applications,
including Infor/Lawson, Oracle EPM (Hyperion), Blackline, Ironclad, Concur, and
other Finance-led systems. Focus on business process management, system
utilization, and ensuring data integrity across Finance. Liaise
with internal customers, functional areas and IT resources as well as external
vendors including hosting and SaaS providers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Systems Management
- Provide functional support for month-end closing activities, monitor interfaces, troubleshoot user issues, meta-data maintenance, and financial systems operation.
- Perform requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and coordination of system enhancements or configuration changes based on Finance business needs.
- Conduct testing and user acceptance for system changes.
- Identify system issues by understanding Finance business processes and develop solutions to resolve the issues.
- Collaborate with internal customers, functional areas, and IT resources to evaluate opportunities for system optimization.
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions for system issues, proposing business-side solutions and providing subject matter expertise.
- Maintain the security, confidentiality, and integrity of data on all AMA financial systems.
Documentation, Process, and Project Management
- Document and analyze business processes, system configuration, and user procedures.
- Support transition planning, system upgrades, and releases in conjunction with IT and vendors, providing business-side expertise and functional testing.
- Provide input on changes requests and assist in evaluating system impacts.
- Prepare training materials and support end users.
- Work on cross-departmental initiatives to streamline processes/workflows to improve efficiency of monthly financial closes.
Technical Collaboration
- Perform limited hands-on scripting, including simple SQL queries,
- Collaborate with IT teams for complex technical tasks, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Work with system vendors and IT to support system upgrades, enhancements, and drive issue resolution.
- Document data flows between Finance systems and assist in defining requirements for integrations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems,
or a related field required. - 5+ years of experience working on finance business processes and
a suite of financial applications including Infor/Lawson or similar ERP systems
required. - In depth expertise with multiple financial system cycles including
accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and bank settlement
processes. - Demonstrated ability to gather and document business
requirements, assist with solution configuration / design, and coordinate user
acceptance testing. - Strong collaboration skills with IT and vendors.
- Working knowledge of both relational and multi-dimensional data
modeling concepts and processes using Microsoft SQL. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability
to understand complex financial definitions and information and grasp
technology concepts. - Demonstrated experience supporting, configuring, and
administering financial systems, ideally Oracle Lawson, Hyperion, Concur, or
similar ERP platforms, including coordinating enhancements with IT and vendors. - Excellent written and oral communication skills to translate
business needs into clear requirements for IT partners.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $87,394-$115,797. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
