About this Position:
Equipment Service Technicians keeps equipment in good operating condition through effective preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. Effectively communicate technical issues with the equipment service and production teams and maintains equipment data and documentation daily.
Responsibilities include:
- Repairing, maintaining equipment and supporting daily production.
- Responding to breakdowns and calls to keep production running.
- Supporting weekend maintenance repair and preventative maintenance activities when necessary.
- Supporting a reliability centered maintenance program.

Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
- A minimum of three months of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with a 2 year technical degree.

Job PurposeThe Electrical Controls Design role provides high quality, reasonably priced, on-time hardware, software, and safety design solutions to ensure stable new model and new technology introduction in all HDMA North American manufacturing facilities.
Key Accountabilities• Work in an engineering team atmosphere understand design requirements to create/modify automated production equipment.
• Conduct electrical controls design for automated equipment to generate hardware drawings to be used to assemble/build/wire a full controls system for production equipment
• Conduct electrical design to produce engineering software to create the control architecture for production equipment processes. (i.e. PLC, HMI, Motion Control, and Robotic programming).
•Provide on-site support to install, system up, and mature the control system for production equipment.
• Create and maintain a critical path schedule for work assignments to produce the control system design deliverables to achieve the overall project milestones for small to medium projects/ low to medium complexity.
•Conduct and attend design reviews to ensure design standards are achieved and design meets specification requirements for work assignment deliverables.

Job Purpose:
“Total quality mindset” and effective “corporate social responsibility” are two key corporate goals of AHM. This job contributes to these goals by enabling the Tax Department to accurately report and pay its tax liabilities to various tax authorities and also to accurately report taxes for the benefit of internal and external stakeholders. This position enables AHM to meet its legal and regulatory requirements to be a “company that society wants to exist.” The job contributes to the overall state and local tax compliance requirements and is an important contributor towards departmental business plan themes. This position involves leading tax technical projects, particularly in the area of property tax, related to Honda new business, new ventures, and organizational changes. This job is also the primary coordinator with outside advisors to ensure that all indirect tax returns, payments, reports, licenses, and various other items are completed or made by all internal and external due dates.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide leadership and support to ongoing property tax projects and business plan themes, especially those that involve new Honda business, new ventures, new ways of working, and expansion/changes of organization and business model.
- Research property tax issues; support tax technology updates for all indirect tax and accounting systems; support property tax audits. Experienced with PTMS and RIA Checkpoint and a proficient user.
- Supervise and review the preparation of all personal property tax returns, real property assessments, abatements, and compliance matters, and all associated tax payments and refunds by assigned deadlines.
- Oversee establishment of forecasts for tax expense accounts and researching variances with budget versus actual data.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (required)
- CMI Designation, CPA, Masters in Accounting, Masters in Taxation (preferred)
- Continual technical education in statutory and regulatory environment
- 10 years in property tax role with a major multinational corporation, Big 4 firm, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience with PTMS, SAP, and/or equivalent tax compliance and management software
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and some experience with PowerPoint
- Highly organized, works independently and reliably
- Well-versed in multiple areas of indirect tax and able to supervise the work of others
- Competent communicator, both verbal and written. Able to lead others and manage projects effectively

Job PurposePURPOSE: The Facilities Equipment Service Coordinator is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the maintenance team and their activities related to facilities operation within the Honda campus and facility. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure, while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
RESPONSIBILITY: The Facilities Equipment Service Coordinator is to organize and execute maintenance schedules, lead coordination among all internal teams, external vendors, spare parts and inventory management, and oversee implementation of the site preventive maintenance strategies. Effective leadership of the maintenance activities, this role drives the overall efficiency, safety, and reliability of the facilities operations, ultimately supporting the organizations goals and objectives.
Key Accountabilities- Coordination and Communication: Work with other in-house departments (outside of facilities) on planned and unplanned activity requiring maintenance support related to facilities operations. Assure the building’s facilities’ equipment meets capacity and reliability requirements of all direct and indirect customers across and related to the site.
- Purchasing: Create requisitions to issue purchase orders for maintenance and repair of facilities equipment.
- Technical Knowledge: Apply maintenance expertise in HDMA business planning operations. Facilitate the sharing of knowledge and best practice to impact decisions at Site / Unit / Dept level. Support FAC Operations with mechanical and electrical equipment. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Honda’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Maximo. Apply analytical and trouble shooting skills to maximize mean time between failures (MTBF) and minimize mean time to recovery (MTTR).
- Technical Management: Support and coordinate operation of Facilities systems including, but not limited to, chillers, air compressors, HVAC, air house units, electrical distribution equipment, cafeteria equipment, meters, lighting, and controls. Manage and maintain documentation for the facilities equipment. Communicate critical updates to site system operators. Identify deficiencies to develop scope of design and construction for renovation or upgrade of existing industrial systems. Responsible for critical thinking, troubleshooting, data collection, experimental procedures, and data analysis techniques to solve problems and recommend facilities improvements.
- Project Management: Implement new strategies and technologies to replace facilities equipment and systems at their end of life (EOL). Manage testing, planning, and maintenance of facilities equipment.
- Reporting and Documentation: Lead and / or support in the bidding, evaluation, and selection process of contractors for the maintenance of facilities equipment. Determine and prioritize project tasks and develop schedule and timelines to achieve maintenance goals on time and within budget. Generate maintenance progress tracking and control documents.
- Training: Train FAC Associates and maintenance personnel on equipment operations related to mechanical and electrical systems. Provide support on an as-need basis. Ensure reference documentation is available and easily accessed.

Job Purpose:
Collaborate with design from feasibility through design phase to achieve a product that can be manufactured within the factory’s capabilities while working with MMC’s to prepare and execute the trial phase of the new model development.

Job PurposeLead New Model Quality introduction through strategic planning, management, and communication to meet New Model quality targets from concept to mass production. Achieve project EA00’s with high focus on Quality items, including Business Plan target for each factory with Manufacturing Managment Centre's (MMC) to prepare and execute the trial phase of the new model development.
Key Accountabilities- Support Department Project Lead by executing & managing the Quality portions of the plan (SAP related to OQ Flow, HAB, MMC Q) - Coordinate New Model Quality activity (weekend & shutdown) with all projects, and track project progress to achieve results.
- Coordinate analysis and countermeasure activity within Department and Purchasing to address gaps to target.
- Compile, summarize and understand project evaluation materials to meet the requirements of the plant evaluations and gain prior department approval & report to Project Lead.
- Work within Department to negotiate MQS Control Points / PQCT and insure they are linked to EQ Specs & Process Operation Standard, while ensuring Production Associate's ability to succeed.
- Lead drawing review and collaborate with Product Design to prevent Manufacturing Issues.
- Support MMC with Quality Manufacturing Plan for onsite Trial Builds, for example supporting himotsuki verification Activity Dan/QC.
- Support MMC execute successful onsite build event activity for dept. in the areas of schedule, parts, associates aligned in the right place, group to group coordination, and plan vs actual reporting (Q-Gate / abnormal handwork).
- Enhance the Standard NM SAP for assigned Model considering previous Model Reflections, New Technology, Future Innovations, and opportunities to improve Department Characteristics (PDCA).
- Maintain regular communication with other facilities to coordinate North American or Global Weld activity and management of associated travel as needed to ensure initiatives and good project flow.
- Develop capability of self, colleagues, and team through training, mentoring, and sharing of experiences in area of technical expertise and understanding for succession planning and team growth.

Job purpose:
Lead new model projects to mass production in the plastics department while ensuring all project targets are achieved in each of the SEQCDM categories.
Key accountabilities:
Project Planning & Coordination: Define SQDCM targets, manage investment/expense items, and lead cross-functional meetings with PEBU and internal teams.
Trial & Event Leadership: Coordinate line trials, tool delivery, material schedules, and part quality with forming teams.
Develop Injection Molding Process according to Honda standards.
Mass Production Readiness: Ensure training, documentation, quality databases, and GPCS systems are in place before launch.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present “WAR” documents and evaluation event updates to leadership.
Hands-On Support: Provide on-site support for data collection, equipment readiness, and issue resolution
Qualifications, skills and experience
Minimum educational qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field of study or, equivalent relevant work experience in the industry.
Minimum Experience:
- At least 2 or more years of demonstrable experience in manufacturing, plastics, and/or new model engineering.
- Here the the team needs someone who has launched new projects and developed injection molding processes. Must have hands-on experience with injection molding and other plastics manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Core required technical Skills: Injection Molding experience and troubleshooting
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results. Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CATIA, and Microsoft Office.
Workstyle:
- This is a 100% onsite job. Overtime as required.
- Office environment – 50% and Manufacturing environment – 45%
- Primary working hours 6:30am-3:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional off-shift and weekends required.
- Role involves providing trial support on weekends. May have to work 2nd shift or 3rd shift on a need basis, less than 5% of the time.
- Role can be hands-on with 5,000 to 10,000 steps a day.
- Should be able to lift 30 lb and move at least 50 feet without assistance, if required.

Job Purpose:
The Specialist coordinates activities across multiple divisions and stakeholders to drive specification standardization across indirect categories to support Honda Motor’s business transformation and sustainability initiatives.
This position plays a key role in optimizing procurement processes, reducing complexity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across multiple spend categories.
Key Accountabilities:
Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate collaboration between internal (NAIP) and external stakeholders through Specification Development Council forums to align standardization objectives, goals, plans, and outcomes.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Analyze spend, usage patterns, and SKU proliferation to identify duplication and rationalization opportunities.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to develop dashboards, reports, and tools to support ongoing standardization tracking.
Continuous Improvement
• Research, identify, analyze, and implement improvement opportunities across end-to-end specification standardization processes and other NAIP-related initiatives.
Change Management
