Production Facility Supervisor/Assistant Manager
Summary:
The Production Facility Supervisor/Assistant Manager for the Produce Processing Center plays a vital role in overseeing the efficient and effective production operations of perishable goods within our organization. This includes managing a team, implementing production processes, ensuring quality standards, optimizing productivity, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations. The Production Manager is responsible for meeting production targets, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality perishable products to retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the packing center, including scheduling, production planning, and inventory management, while implementing standard operating procedures for efficiency optimization.
- Lead, supervise, and develop a productive team by providing guidance, training, and performance management to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Optimize perishable processing center operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficient production, and adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to maximize operational goals, inventory management, and cost control, while meeting timely delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising Managers, Store Operation, Logistics, Receiving, and Quality Control teams, to ensure quality, pricing, timely delivery, and accurate product supply.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, innovation, and strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to promote a safe working environment, encourage employee ideas, and support seamless production processes.
- Analyze production data and metrics, identify trends, bottlenecks, and process optimization opportunities, and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to production operations and occupational health and safety standards.
- Monitor production processes for inefficiencies or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions as needed to enhance productivity and quality.
- Control production costs, including labor, materials, and operational expenses, to meet budgetary targets and maximize profitability.
- Provide regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality, based on analyzed data and metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in perishable processing to drive operational excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualification:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in production, preferably in perishable goods or food processing, is required.
- 1+ year of experience managing a production facility is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to food safety, quality, and packaging.
- Knowledge of perishable processing operations, quality control practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and develop a team.

This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $102,816- $136,017. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. How You’ll Make an Impact: As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition, sales and service, you’ll be on the frontline providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like: Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.
Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets.
Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.
Explain bills and product features clearly.
Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed.
Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.
Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues.

About the Role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Software Trainer to deliver high-quality live virtual/in-person training sessions to dental practices using our proprietary software. This role is based in North Wilkesboro, NC and requires up to 50% travel to customer locations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver live virtual or in person training sessions for dental practice teams, tailored to different roles (front office, hygienists, billing staff, etc.)
•Customize training plans based on practice needs, user roles, and software configuration
•Support onboarding of new customers through scheduled remote training sessions, webinars, and follow-up Q&A
•Maintain a deep understanding of product functionality, updates, and best practices
•Assist with the development and updates to training materials, including manuals, video guides, and reference sheets

The Role
This is an opportunity to own and build a support function at a company experiencing hypergrowth in the US market. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is for someone who sees a blank slate as an opportunity. The customer base is scaling rapidly and this position will be responsible for building the support function that grows with it. The right candidate will be hands-on, close to the product and customers before building out the systems, tooling, and team capable of sustaining growth without compromising the experience
Responsibilities
- Handle tickets and calls directly to build deep product knowledge and earn customer trust
- Design and implement the core support ticket infrastructure: SLAs, escalation paths, and cross-functional workflows with Engineering and Product
- Optimize the CRM/ticketing environment (automations, reporting, routing) and build out a self-serve knowledge base including FAQs and troubleshooting guides
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating support patterns and user feedback into actionable product insights

What We Need to See (Essential)
