About the Role
The Senior Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing and engineering operations at the Nanosonics Indianapolis Manufacturing Site, a chemical packaging facility operating automated mixing and bottling lines.
The role is accountable for safe, compliant, and efficient production while delivering business outcomes for quality, cost, delivery, and performance. The position operates within a global manufacturing model, ensuring alignment with Nanosonics’ standardised and harmonised manufacturing systems and the corporate Quality Management System shared with Australian operations.
This role defines how manufacturing outcomes are achieved locally while delivering what is required by the business.
Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations
- Own and execute the site production plan, ensuring work orders are released, scheduled, and completed in line with demand, quality requirements, and capacity constraints.
- Lead daily manufacturing operations for automated chemical mixing and bottling lines.
- Ensure production activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved procedures, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production performance, identify constraints or losses, and drive corrective actions to meet throughput, yield, and delivery targets.
- Ensure effective shift coverage, resource planning, and capability management of Production Team Members.
Engineering Integration
- Provide leadership for engineering support to production, ensuring equipment reliability, process capability, and line performance are maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve line efficiency, reduce waste, lower COGs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) while maintaining product quality.
- Identify, scope, and implement changes to manufacturing processes, equipment, or layouts to improve safety, compliance, capacity, or cost performance.

- Ensure deviations, non‑conformances, and CAPAs related to manufacturing are effectively addressed.
Site Projects and Change Management
- Lead or coordinate cross‑functional projects related to site improvements, compliance upgrades, capacity expansion, or performance enhancement.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure changes to processes, equipment, or infrastructure are properly assessed, approved, and implemented.
- Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Leadership & Global Collaboration
- Lead, coach, and develop Production Team Members and Manufacturing Engineers to build capability, accountability, and engagement.

Meet and Greet: Recreational Therapists are permitted to meet the individual seeking recreational therapy supports for 30 minutes prior to being approved to provide recreational therapy supports to the individual. The purpose of the Meet and Greet is to allow the individual and/or family to determine if the recreational therapist will be a good fit.
All Recreational Therapist staff will complete the following:
Assessment conducted initially and once annually.
Completion of an Individual Intake Form for each person supported in recreational therapy that has NOT previously received supports from Assisted Independence. The Individual Intake form is due upon completion of the first meeting the individual and/or their family.
Completion of a Functional Assessment of Characteristics for Therapeutic Recreation-Revised (FACTR-R) Assessment for all individuals supported over the age of 10 years-old. The assessment is to be completed within thirty (30) days of the first initial session.
Completion of the General Recreational Screening Tool (GRST) Assessment for any individual supported under the age of 10 years old. The assessment is to be completed within thirty (30) days of the first initial session.
Rights Assessment
Mini Mental State-Examination (MMSE) – Optional
Development of a Treatment Plan within fourteen (14) days after the completion of the Assessment, using the Assisted Independence, LLC. treatment plan template, including:
An assessment write-up, including scores
Priority needs of the individual
Measurable goals and objectives containing content, condition, and criterion
Recommended treatment modalities and activities
Two evidence-based peer reviewed journals or meta-analysis citing why the course of treatment is proven to be effective
Signature and credentials of the Recreational Therapist
The treatment plan must be updated once annually, including new assessment scores
Organizing and directing home and/or community-based activities for the individual supported. These activities may include adaptive sports, dramatics, arts and crafts, social activities, volunteer opportunities, and other recreational supports designed to restore, remediate, or rehabilitate
Transporting individuals supported to community locations, including, but not limited to, gymnasiums, parks, athletic facilities, outdoors, museums, sporting events, children’s playhouses, community centers, amusement parks, sightseeing locations, monuments, educational facilities, or any potential place or resources where recreational therapy can be conducted.
All Recreational Therapist staff are required to provide one-on-one supports to the individuals.
After each session conducted, the Recreational Therapists are to document the session using narrative notes online.
For every 45 minutes of recreational therapy support provided, the Recreational Therapist has 15 minutes to complete necessary documentation (notetaking, assessments, treatment plans, etc.)
Mandatory attendance of all quarterly meetings consisting of each person supported Individualized Support Team (IST). The quarterly meetings are set three months in advance. During the quarterly meeting, Recreational Therapists should document who is in attendance, medication changes, changes in behavior, reports or recommendations from team members, reports about school as applicable, incident reports, home life, extracurricular activities, health status, education towards rights, or any other pertinent information to the holistic well-being of the individual supported.

The Role We Want You For
As an MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and associated construction scopes for Clayco projects. The Specifics of the Role
- Plans, and specification analysis, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
- Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.
- Validate design issues related to MEP and suggest alternative solutions.
- Manage the MEP submittals.
- Oversee the logging and posting of all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.

Requirements

Specific Responsibilities:

- Write well defined and comprehensive scopes of work for trade partners and vendors/consultants minimizing opportunities for scope gaps.

- Evaluate construction proposals, pricing, and scopes, identifying factors influencing costs and reporting on pertinent data.
- Review requests for payment and approve final invoices, payment applications, and retention payments.
- Collaborate within a matrix environment to communicate and coordinate resource needs effectively.
- Conduct/support monthly internal project performance reviews, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Demonstrate flexibility in responding to issues and client requests, maintaining focus on successful project operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, process, chemical, civil/structural, or electrical engineering, or related field preferred
- 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50+ million) ideally design-build.

General Position Summary
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for performing high volume data entry that includes tallying and proofing merchandise order forms.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter purchase orders into system.
- Enter and coordinate store transfers.
- Perform high volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.

- Fill in, as needed, for other department (i.e. receptionist).

Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all payroll-impacting communications across the organization. This role manages a high-volume payroll inbox and incoming phone calls, ensuring that all payroll-related changes are accurately received, validated, documented, and routed appropriately.
While this role will not be processing pay checks, the Payroll Coordinator plays a critical quality-control and risk-prevention role in the payroll process. Errors in documentation, misrouted requests, or incomplete information can directly impact employee pay. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to confidently communicate with employees at all levels of the organization — including field staff and union employees.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume payroll email inbox
- Answer and triage incoming payroll-related questions or issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-impacting changes including but not limited to:
- Job transfers
- Union changes
- Per diem requests
- Direct deposit changes
- Other employment status updates impacting payroll
- Ensure all payroll-related changes and requests are complete, properly documented, and saved to the appropriate processing folders to be processed with payroll
- Review new/re-hire information entered by HR for completeness and accuracy
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies with payroll-related documents or requests
- Proactively follow up with HR or Operations to obtain missing or unclear information
- Apply critical thinking to ensure all payroll-impacting data aligns with company policies and union agreements
- Recognize when issues require escalation to the Payroll Manager
- Track and follow up on payroll issues to resolution with internal teams
- Responds to request for employment verifications, wage verification, etc.
- Identify recurring issues or trends and recommend process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information at all times
- Performs other related administrative duties as required

In this role, you will be part of a small team providing support to the payroll and billing operations. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity by reviewing requested changes in the system via the Zendesk platform, routing them to the proper parties when necessary, and in certain cases, owning the process of updating general system information. This role is essential to bridge the gap in information between our sales and recruiting teams, and our back office systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Solving cases by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding users through
- corrective steps.
- Updating fields within our middle and back office systems.
- Communication with Account Executives, Recruiters, Onboarding team members,
- and the like to implement requested changes and gain clarity on requests when
- necessary.
- Route requests to proper parties within the payroll and billing team when necessary.
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
- Documenting and refining procedures to help grow our knowledge base.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous support experience a plus.
- Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong
- organizational skills, and excellent overall computer skills.
- Comfortable troubleshooting and leads with an inquisitive mind to resolve issues.
