General Position Summary
The Entry Level HR Shared Service Coordinator supports the delivery of efficient and consistent HR services to employees and managers across the organization. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their career in Human Resources and provides hands-on experience with core HR processes, employee support, and HR systems within a shared services environment. The coordinator works under guidance from lead HR team members and gains exposure to multiple areas of HR.
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee HR questions via email, phone, or HR ticketing system.
- Provide basic information related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and onboarding.
- Route or escalate non-routine or complex inquiries to senior HR staff or specialists as needed.
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities including new hires, onboarding tasks, job changes, and terminations.
- Enter and update employee data in the HRIS accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare standard HR documents such as employment verification letters and onboarding materials.
- Support employees with basic benefits enrollment questions and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Assist with payroll data validation and help resolve simple discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Follow established HR procedures, checklists, and service-level guidelines.

ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, and overseeing the efficient flow of materials to meet customer demand. This role involves collaboration with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure efficient plant operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service
- Ensure customer reports and information are accurate and communicated to customer in a timely fashion
- Interface into customer reporting systems (i.e., SAP, Oracle for scheduling, production, -most times by lot control), shipping, receiving, and managing procurement of customer owned raw materials for specific customer assigned
- Assist in new product launches, collaborate with commercialization team, and site team to meet with timelines and other targets
- Handle customer issues & complaints by referring the issue to the appropriate department & logging them onto the system. Follow up to resolution
Order Processing
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify order details, including quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules
- Prepare job files and project specifications for internal processing and manufacturing for specific customer assigned
- Track order fulfillment & communicate shorts to our customers with information on when product will be available
Material Inventory Management
- Participate in material planning process
- Drive change in managing inventory levels and inventory turns and minimizing obsolescence, scrap, aged inventories, and inventory reserves
- Analyze production yield, material usage, and material loss data to understand customer/material impacts
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure optimal inventory levels
Supply Chain Coordination
- Collaborate with internal supply chain teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and ingredients
- Oversee the supply of raw and packaging materials (whether customer or organization owned) for the facility to include new production to meet production schedules
- Coordinate with logistics teams to facilitate on-time deliveries to customers
Problem-Solving
- Identify and address customer-related supply chain issues promptly and effectively
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or quality concerns in collaboration with relevant teams
Communication
- Maintain clear and open communication with customers regarding order status, changes, and potential issues
- Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams to convey customer requirements and expectations
Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
Data Analysis
- Utilize data and analytics to track order performance, customer buying patterns, and inventory levels
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making
Quality Focus
- Ensure that materials and products meet quality control standards before delivery to customers
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address and resolve any quality issues
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within customer material account management

Role Description:
The purpose of a Medical Assistant at Oak Street Health is to gather all necessary medical information regarding our patients to ensure providers have the most accurate information available when making healthcare decisions.
Medical Assistants (MA) report to the Practice Manager or Center Operations Specialist. They are a vital element of our model and important members of our Care Teams. Being an MA at Oak Street Health requires high levels of flexibility, energy, attention to detail, and problem solving skills. You will be expected to build relationships with Oak Street Health members. Medical Assistants will collaborate closely with their teammates to ensure an unmatched patient experience while driving clinical results. As an MA you will accomplish this by assisting in the assessment of patients’ health conditions, through screenings and routine diagnostic testing performed during appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an efficient patient flow; room patients in a timely manner, complete vital signs, complete required screenings and complete medication reviews
- Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms
- Respond to patient requests for telephonic support (Lab results, faxing records to specialists, etc.)
- In accordance with state regulations, MAs may administer vaccinations, perform point of care tests including but not limited to: A1C, spirometry, EKGs, blood draws for lab testing, etc.
- Import required documents into EMR via scanning or PDF upload.
- Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient care and clinic operations

- Request medical records from external providers as required by the provider

What we’re looking for
Required Qualifications:
- State or national certification (as required by state), or graduation from an accredited medical assistant course

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. What you'll do
You plan your day, set priorities, and work with your team to keep freight moving safely and on time. You communicate clearly, solve problems as they come up, and adapt to changes on the road or in the plan.

Job Description
Program complex aerospace parts utilizing advanced PCDMIS methods. This programming process entails programming offline to a CAD model, debug on CMM, perform repeat study, perform independent validation and implement into shop. The ability to read complex drawings, interpret GD&T and build the program utilizing the CAD model is required. Some travel to NC and other sites for program implementation is required.
