Collaboration & Strong Referral Base: Work alongside existing breast specialists and collaborate with over 50 primary care providers in the area, creating a robust referral network.

Qualifications: Board-eligible or board-certified in Breast Surgery is required.

Fellowship training or extensive experience in breast surgery is desired.

Active medical license in Indiana (IN) only is mandatory.

Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building trust and rapport with patients and families.

The ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
