This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in River Grove, IL. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and dispatching of freight deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient operations. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly technical Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our team. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on assessing technical environments, performing audits, identifying gaps, and driving best-practice recommendations across multiple client environments.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong infrastructure, networking, or cloud background who enjoys analyzing systems, understanding configurations, and providing actionable insights, rather than performing configuration or implementation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log into client systems, firewalls, and network environments to analyze data and assess system health.
- Perform technical assessments and audits, identifying gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Recommend and document best practices and remediation plans.
- Serve as a client-facing technical advisor, translating findings into business impact for stakeholders.
- Support multiple clients in an MSP or multi-tenant environment, adapting to varying levels of technical maturity.
- Maintain documentation standards and ensure accurate, up-to-date records of technical findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, network engineering, or cloud environments.

Senior Project Operations Analyst – Technology Team

We are partnering with a large enterprise organization to identify an experienced Project Operations Analyst to support their Technology leadership team during a temporary leave coverage.
This is a highly visible, execution-focused role responsible for maintaining structure, reporting cadence, and coordination across active technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently within a corporate environment.
This position focuses on operational excellence, project tracking, and governance discipline — not long-term strategy ownership.
Key Responsibilities

- Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois without disciplinary action.

Interview Format
As part of our hiring process, we will be using interviewing technology provided by HireVue, a third-party vendor. This technology provides our team of recruiters and hiring managers an enhanced method for decision-making.
If you are selected to move forward from your application prescreen, you will receive correspondence inviting you to participate in a pre-recorded Voice Interview and/or an SMS Text Messaging interview. If participating in a pre-recorded interview, you will respond to a set of interview questions via your phone. You should anticipate this interview to take approximately 10-15 minutes.
If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes.
