Reports To:

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with active or eligible New Jersey medical license

  • Board certification required (Occupational Medicine strongly preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of senior clinical leadership in Occupational Medicine or Employee Health

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical practice in Occupational Medicine post-residency

Essential Functions:

Executive Clinical Leadership

  • Provides strategic clinical expertise and leadership for all Employee Health & Occupational Medicine services, ensuring alignment with RWJBH’s mission, regulatory requirements, and organizational priorities

  • Serves as the clinical executive liaison to senior system leadership, regional leaders, Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, Infection Prevention, and external employer clients

  • Leads the development, approval, and systemwide implementation of clinical policies, protocols, practice standards, and workflows

Clinical Oversight & Quality

  • Oversees and ensures high-quality delivery of all occupational and employee health services, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-employment / post-offer medical evaluations

  • Workers’ Compensation injury assessment and management

  • Fit-for-duty evaluations

  • Return-to-work assessments

  • Bloodborne pathogen exposure (BBPE) evaluation and follow-up

  • Immunization compliance, infectious disease surveillance, respirator clearances, drug and alcohol testing (This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.)

  • Establishes clinical quality dashboards, KPIs, and performance improvement programs to support safety, standardization, high reliability, and regulatory readiness

  • Ensures compliance with OSHA, CDC, NJDOH, ADA, DOT, Joint Commission, and all state and federal regulations

Provider Leadership

  • Provides direct oversight of physicians and the Director of Clinical Services, with APPs reporting through the Director across regional hubs

Clinical Practice (50% FTE)

About You

Summary

As a member of the Transportation Safety Department, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing compliance, safety, accountability (CSA) performance and ensuring all corrective actions are taken as a result of roadside inspections. Overseeing accident investigations, along with documenting investigation findings. Initiating and maintaining all U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated paperwork for the fleet. Driver hiring and maintaining qualification files in accordance with FMCSA guidelines. Conducting driver safety meetings. Interacting with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance and Risk Management. Monitoring hours of service (HOS) compliance and provide refresher training as needed.


Essential Functions

The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Initiate and maintain all U.S. Department of Transportation mandated paperwork to include; driver qualification file, annual review, DOT physical, Commercial Driver License.
  • Monitor and manage driver safety performance such as HOS compliance, DriveCam review and coaching, CSA compliance and ensure all corrective action is taken as a result of roadside inspections.
  • Accident investigation, documentation and participate in determining the ruling of preventable or non-preventable, post-accident counselling, refresher training.
  • Driver retention and new hire. Verify qualification in accordance with our driver hiring guidelines. Initiate and process all new hire paperwork, to include the Department of Transportation’s PSP (Pre-Employment Screening Program), Clearing House validation and maintain driver files.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by actively monitoring driver's license status, medical certificates and ensure DOT random drug testing quota is met.
  • Ensure all equipment meets regulatory requirements (registration, annual inspection, insurance and internal record keeping).
  • Interact with dispatch personnel to ensure drivers are always in compliance with all regulations.
  • Interact with Fleet Maintenance regarding vehicle inspections, equipment compliance, and damages.
  • Interact with stores regarding any safety issues involving our drivers, equipment, or store property. Remedy such issues.
  • Research motorist complaints, interact with the motorist to provide a timely response, present and confront the driver with the complaint.
  • Research and interact with Fleet Maintenance and Accounting regarding damage to our equipment caused by third party motor carriers or vendors.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics, finance or marketing. Certifications in Supply Chain Management, OSHA, Safety and Compliance; a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in Transportation Safety & Compliance
  • Working knowledge of FMCSA Rules and Regulations, CSA and HOS
  • Working knowledge of Accident Investigation & Reconstruction
  • CSP certification preferred
  • Substance Abuse Training Certification

Role Overview:
EPIC is seeking a highly experienced Travel Program Manager to design, lead, and continuously optimize our enterprise-wide corporate travel program. About You

As a member of the Transportation Safety Department, the Transportation Safety & Compliance Administrator supports the Safety & Compliance Department by performing a wide range of administrative and data management tasks that help maintain the fleet’s overall safety and regulatory compliance. The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Establish, organize, and maintain comprehensive files for all accident investigations, tractor damage, trailer damage, and miscellaneous damage claims.

  • Maintain the DOT‑mandated Accident Register, ensuring all required incidents are logged and updated in a timely manner, according to DOT requirements.

Riverview Farmers Market – Market Manager (Manager-in-Training) Position

The Riverview Farmers Market, located in the Heights neighborhood of Jersey City, is preparing for its sixteenth season and is seeking a motivated, professional, and dedicated Market Manager to join our team.


The market operates every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, beginning on the first Sunday in May (5/3) and continuing through the Sunday before Thanksgiving in November (11/22). Market staff are expected to be present from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM each Sunday to oversee market setup and breakdown. There is an additional Holiday Market that takes place on a Saturday in December (12/5/26) - the Manager-in-Training is expected to be present for that event date as well.


Each week the market hosts anywhere from 40 to 60 vendors, as well as local musicians, free arts programming, cooking demonstrations, and a variety of food access initiatives.


About the Position

We are seeking to hire a Manager-in-Training who will work alongside the current Market Manager during a transitional period prior to the current manager’s departure.


The Manager-in-Training will oversee a team of Assistant Managers responsible for the setup and breakdown of market equipment and infrastructure. The role also includes managing vendor relationships, overseeing day-of market operations and flow, enforcing health and safety regulations, administering SNAP/EBT benefits, and addressing operational issues as they arise.


The Manager-in-Training will serve as the primary liaison between market vendors and the Jersey City Health Department. Several training sessions will be conducted prior to the start of the market season in May to familiarize the selected candidate with the market’s programs and procedures.
